If you go to the vlog where Philip and Davey find the second tower site by the wall, the three of them walk on a path while looking up at the wall. They also walked to the edge of the dry moat. So now all of the path will be seen.
I love to have seen all the people that makes LaLande run. But they seem more like family. Stephanie is so good at giving. May she continue to be blessed.

So wonderful to see all the Lalanders celebrating. It is good to get to know the ppl that run Laland on a 'hidden' day to day basis. Like Dave and his beautiful wife. Jean-Christophe who was so shy of the camera in the beginning and now telling us about discovering a path around the lake. Love the tattoo and the meaning behind it of the Massage therapist. And the char woman Mary telling us about her daughter in law and you could see how proud she is of her. And Marie a stunning beauty in blue, Natti with her very medieval shoulder pads, both looked like Charlie's Angels. Steph looked gorgeous like a mix between the hills are alive and 17th century woodland fairy :) Thank you for sharing!!

Sweet Stephanie reminds me of my adorable Madame Alexander doll named Heidi in her charming dirndl bodice with puffy sleeves ...my little doll has braids and a little bonnet ...other than that she could model for the doll's mother. She brought an air of fairytale wonder to the party!! She looked lovely by that sugar-plum fairy tree upstairs! Stephanie has a way of bringing magic to so many moments! Next year, I hope Marie dresses in traditional Norwegian/Swedish folk dress and is crowned with a wreath of lit candles and plays the part of Santa Lucia ...now THAT is some real magic!!! 😘😇💖💞🌟

...also many hands make light work ....when everyone pitches in it's more fun . The casseroles are what take time (at least mine do with everything & the kitchen sink for ingredients) Turkey with roasted vegies must be done, but I skip stuffing & do my broccoli, spicy Italian sausage & wild-rice/& basmati recipe with sour cream, celery, sliced mushrooms, smoked & sharp cheddar cheese, fresh AND dried cranberries, walnuts & topped the last 10 minutes with dried apricots, boiled cranberries that turn bright pink & a drizzle of smoked & cheddar cheese. It's the prepping that takes time ...if the prepping is done a few days before, everything else falls into place ...with a little help!
Even though it is usually hot at this time of year we still have turkey pork and ham roast all cooked outside on the spit with roast vegetables and gravy. Happy Christmas from Australia. 🇦🇺
In the US in the Catholic faith, we also pray to St. Michael especially if we have anybody on active duty in the military service, police departments or EMTs (emergency medical teams) because A) He is their patron saint, B) He is a fierce protector of the faithful and C) He is the protector of the church. I prayed to him every time I was at Mass when my youngest son was deployed (in the Marine Corps) and was blessed with his safe return home 9 months later, so for that, St. Michael will have my eternal devotion! Lovely to see everyone sharing a nice evening and it’s nice that you honor those who work so hard for you throughout the year. I see you’re missing a couple people (Davy, Nick, Analise, Kirstie, et al) but I know they are with you in spirit if they couldn’t be there in person! Merry Christmas to all and Happy Holidays to you as well!

In America, we have Turkey for Thanksgiving, so we have ham for Christmas( I slow cook mine in rootbeer all day)garlic potatoes(from the garden)& the staples, Amish baked corn, bacon & cheese green casserole, sweet potato casserole topped with toasted marshmallows, stuffing with gravy, cranberry sauce made with crushed pineapple & homemade bread or rolls. Homemade candy, cookies & pie for dessert.
I didn't realise Stephanie had been previously married, as she pointed to a bowl in the vlog given to her in 1999 as a wedding present by some friends.
