  • Today I smoked a picanha on the Oklahoma Joe!
    Picanha is a popular cut of steak typically found in Brazil and other South American countries.
    It’s a top sirloin that retains the fat cap.
    I seasoned the picanha with salt and pepper and left it in the fridge for about 36 hours.
    I then smoked it for about 2 hours with white oak at 250-300 degrees at the lid.
