Speaking as a seasoned minister of music (over forty years) and a university music educator, I would NEVER allow myself to be humiliated by this clown! I've followed his trajectory filled with repeated scandals for years, and there's NOTHING he can tell me about ministry, much less music. He has an arrogant spirit, and I personally know musicians who've had to deal with his abuse. At the end of the day, I'm a FULLY-grown man, and won't be disrespected by someone who runs one of the most obvious church cons in the country, but can barely put a proper sentence together. I've been in the game too long, and I've seen too much. People like him are one of the reasons it's hard to bring people to Christ!

Listen not being disrespectful and all I do agree that he was wrong knowing that I'm also a musician but it's not right to talk about someone who is known to preach Gods word as my mother always told me it's better to leave things the hand of God because we don't know who he is if he is truly a man of God or he is not going according to the will and purpose of God. Only God can do what it is that's to be done.

This preacher needs to realize that. Not one instrument was recorded in the upper room yet the Holy Ghost still fell. This ain't no James Brown and The Famous Flames. Idk how those muscians/members subject themselves to that.

@@tkat191 I understand....I went through it for decades...mon weds Fri Sun and rehearsals whenever there wasn't any services.....with no pay requirements. Sometimes humiliated enough to cry when alone.... was replaced, when they thought they could pay someone else who was better.....when those people left for more money, I was allowed to resume playing.....until the same people was willing to come back.....then I would get sat down again and they would be paid to take my place....and these guys weren't better......just older and respected because I started as a child there and these guys came in as adults. They would Sometimes give me "love offerings"......regularly......but this was only so that they could have something to take away to punish me if I was a minute late one day out of the year, or forgot my wallet home for offering, or wore the wrong color for the service. The life of a musician is much harder than people think.

As a musician I would never allow myself to go through that humiliation. I would have turned off switch, push back the drawbar, close the lid, lock the lid, grab my keys and be outta there in that order.

One thing I learned some years ago is that Jesus blinds the eyes of those who don't wanna know the truth. So it doesn't really matter whether they can tell or not, the only way they will know if God opens their eyes. That's the scary part though because we have to be careful how we speak about others also. We could end up in that same category as them if we're not watching over ourselves.

When we don't like having righteous correction and have a problem with it either going and tell someone else about what we didn't like that someone said to us from SCRIPTURE, or just saying that I'm not changing nothing about what I'm doing, this is how we can end up in this predicament.
