Chick peas soaked overnight - 300g
Tomato big - 1
Onion big - 2
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 ½ tsp
Curry Powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seed - ¼ tsp
Clove - 4
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon bark
Oil - ¼ cups
Water - 1 ¼ cups
Salt to taste
කඩල පැය8 ක් පොගවාගත් - 300g
තක්කාලි - 1
බී ළුණු - 2
සුදු ළුණු පේස්ට් - 1 tsp
ඉගුරු පේස්ට් - 1 tsp
මිරිස් කුඩු - 2 tsp
කහ කුඩු - ½ tsp
කොත්තමල්ලි කුඩු - 1 ½ tsp
තුන පහ කුඩු - ½ tsp
ගරම් මසාලා කුඩු - 1 tsp
සූදුරු - ¼ tsp
කරාබුනැටි - 4
එනසාල් - 2
කුරුදු පොතු කැබැල්ලක්
තෙල් - ¼ cups
වතුර - 1 ¼ cups
ලුනු රස අනුව
