John Dadberger it’s against the law to be drunk in public (public intoxication), also he didn’t know he was sleeping so clearly he’s way too intoxicated to be out on the streets alone where he can do something to someone or someone do something to him.

I've been there. When I was in my twenties I went to a party and got way too hammered. I woke up on my back on top of a low garden wall, still holding half a bottle of wine, in the rain. I had no idea where I was but guessed I'd walked there, got lost and gave up. I was lucky nobody came across me as a twenty something year old woman alone at night in a city. I'm 43 now. Older and fortunately wiser!
