Red Chair Stories are always so much fun to watch. Love the stories and the celebrity reactions. One of my favs was the one with the old childhood friend of Ed Sheeran. The best one might be with the man that stole Charlie Hunnam's date to a dance when he was a teen.
Or the one where jack Whitehall texted a girls mum when he was drunk

V B you’re missing the point. The point is when celebs flip for no reason they themselves think it’s the funniest thing in the world, but it boring because it’s been done 1000 times. Graham has the finesse to know when to pause and flip in a ways that’s hilarious.

That’s how it’s supposed to be.
The story about the guy vomiting on another guy sitting on the toilet and then punching him is a monologue from a play. I’m not 100% certain which play, but I think it’s fleabag.
Exposed, lol. But the guy made it sound like a preemptive strike so it's not that bad, but he was also drunk so it probably was that bad.
Perhaps he is the prototype of fleabag's ex...lol
A lot of these stories are clearly made up. The producers don't bother to verify anything.
I read a story over 15 years ago on a website .. been telling it to all my friends for 15 years.. my mouth dropped when he told the exact same story.. i think he made it up or got it from someone else..

You know what, Graham Norton no doubt is one of the greatest talk show hosts. But what really makes his show special is him and the audience.
So agree! His show is great now, but we never see him interacting with audience anymore..and barely red chair part :/ that's kinda sad

Re the story with the Rohypnol: They have asked for OTC sleeping tablets (some melatonin or valeriana), which are generally mild, but they were given a prescription medication for insomnia. It was actually a good story (albeit an embarrassing one for greek pharmacists).
He said he asked for a "particular brand of sleeping tablet". How do you know that what he got was not similar to what he asked for? He didn't say anything about melatonin or valeriana.
@@jake_ A Briton would know that he could not get a prescription medication without a prescription. I'm almost certain that he asked for an OTC.
@@stavroulacharisi979 Gotta agree here. Also, the fact that the pharmacist asked a few times whether they were gonna use those pills "just for sleeping" implies he was giving him something stronger than he needed and/or doing something he shouldn't have.
The unfortunate thing was that he droned on and on about the details at first, and when he got called out for being boring, he panicked and sped through the end, which confused everyone lol
Everybody looked confuse apart from Graham because they did not know that Rohypnol can be used to treat insomnia
There’s just something about the kiwi accent that makes every story 1000 times better
