Thanks for the walk-through. Does PCMflash read and save the ECU info as a .bin file locally? Or is that something that would get sent back to us by a tuner?

Hey. I made this video for a specific person but if other people are coming across it I will definitely make a much more in depth walkthrough! Pcm will read the file, all you need to do is save it as .bin to your laptop and you will have a copy of the stock file. The only cars I’m aware of that pcm won’t read are some accords, but that module comes with a huge folder of stock files that you can car match by identifying the ecu. If you are not tuning a file yourself, yes, you would wait for your tuner to send you a modified .bin file and then flash it back onto your ecu.

While I'm having someone tune my car, I'd also like to learn and am eventually going to get the XDF for the bin file to play around with it on TunerPro for myself. :) I appreciate the quick response!
