Skizz and Impulse definitely early bc I watched their podcast where they were talking about how they hate being late
I think the only reason chat was yelling Late for Skizz was because he made Gem wait for hours to record a clip for the terraforming project. Impulse, on the other hand, is awake at 6 AM, often logs in during Pearl's stream early, at around 7 AM his time, way before his stream time of 9 AM.

He probably wasn’t invited, they usually only pick two at most every season to join with a few exceptions. It isn’t personal to him specifically. Hermitcraft is a whitelisted server so the entirety of the members have to agree to someone new joining.
