When these customers began to express complaints and problems about the product via AOL, the owner opted to simply ignore any further interaction with “the AOL thing” altogether. That look in your video was the look I remember from the first time I asked this owner for the password to that AOL account.
I just laughed when I first saw the Teenage engineering reps and then the Nord reps. Two polar opposites that seemed to match their gear exactly to what I expected! Both from Sweden two which is a plus (I am a bit biased here). And Elektron too. D-mn almost seems like a Swedish invasion going on. Hope they brought their Surströming with them....

5:52 the DIY monosynth with no name, playing a brass patch, was the absolute star of the show. That's the first thing I've seen there that I might consider buying.
It's truly awesome how down to earth and approachable Tats is. The man has contributed much to the synth world in the last 13 years, and I think it would be fair to say that he is largely responsible for pushing the entire industry in the direction of good, usable, affordable analog and hybrid gear!
