Wow, Rev. Angel. I hope you become a VERY well known speaker/author/practitioner amongst your 'job duties'! So many good points brought up and explained well so. You've managed to turn thoughts into palpable things that we can DO something with, thoughts into actions that anyone can understand. So glad I saved this to watch. Thank you for your time!

Mindfulness - a keyword that shoudl be used so much more in reference to our current times!! There really is much that needs improvement that we were now fortunate enough to realize and bring to our conscious mind! Especially I find on how different cultures live with each other. The surging cases everywhere in the world & the racism being openly shown are horrible to witness, but we will manage and turn things around, I'm sure of it, cause of this channel - it gives me hope. We can all learn so much from each other if we want to: @UCLLct68cQQuPBVLhQ5sPWAg

From what I see, humans, or at least us Americans, tend to be big drama junkies. I wish more people would listen to things like this rather than obsessing on evening news. Then we could better handle, maybe even change, what's going on in the evening news.

Such kind words of wisdom and clarity from Reverend Angel Williams. As an European descended woman racialized as a white USian, the part about black ppl asking white ppl for so long to reckon with our whiteness and internalized white "superiority" and allowing us the space to do that felt like a moment of grace, such a kindness. Tears of gratitude for your acknowledgement welled up for me. For me, waking up to the rigged system that POC have been aware and experienced the violence of for centuries is humbling and super painful to digest. Many many thanks and much metta. In love and solidarity ❤️
