I need one for emergency situations especially at night I have severe sleep apnea but you can't afford one on a social security check don't ever get old
Hi Sean, Randy is sure a good guy to have helping out, he is a fantastic tradesman. Getting rid of all the junk now you’re really showing progress. The new windows look good installed what a difference. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
You two guys remind me of two brothers down home that do handy jobs. The company was called "Suds Contruction". They could fix anything but a broken heart.
Hello Sean & Randy, Stay safe while at the house working. You have gotten some good accomplishments done with the walls down, clean up & the windows started to be put in. I really enjoy your house make over videos. See you next time. ❤🤗🙏
Hello Sean, Brandi, young ladies & Randy. House is starting to come together. I cant wait to see it finished. Thank you Sean & Brandi for sharing this journey. Randy, thank you for helping Sean & Brandi. The U.S store said sold out
Hi Dutch and Family. Great to see Randy helping yall Always something holding up progress. One down and a lot more to go. Slowly yall are getting it done. God bless and love yall ❤❤
Jackery will sure come in handy for this winter when the electricity goes out 😮 sure would love to have one Hi Brandy and Dutch and family iam excited to see how the home will look when finished a shout out to Randy for helping Dutch family
Refrigerators are tough to kill. One blew in my yard during a tornado in a hurricane and laid there for 3 months. We finally stood it up and hosed it down good and let it dry for a couple of weeks then just for the heck of it we plugged it in to see if it would run. It did! A friend put it in his garage and it's still going since 1980! It's fun watching ya'll work! Thanks for bringing us along.
This is one of my favourite channel’s, but Dutch, you are gonna have to start wearing suspenders 😮! I think you must be losing lots of weight due to all your irons in the fire, which is good, but the suspenders will come in handy. One thing I like is that you allow your daughters to always work along with you and Brandi, but what is even more awesome is giving these young boys some good experiences by teaching them all the things that go along with renovations. It will give them a good start to the work field. Your daughters are use to work and aren’t afraid of work either. Looking so forward to seeing the outcome of this rental house! I totally gutted my house and put it all together and it looks so awesome. I bought it for $29,500.00 and sold it for $110,000. 🥰👏👏👏. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
We just lived through Hurricane Helene in Georgia. Wish I could afford that Jackery. Looks great. Thanks for the abandoned house update. Enjoyed watching.
Thanks for sharing the pond update I can't wait to see some more we absolutely love watching pond restorations and as always I'm really looking forward to seeing the next video
The Jackery seems to be the best to have in case of a power outage. LOL The house is coming along which is good. God bless you guys and until next time take care now.
You would have come out better to buy the windows that you put in from the outside with the trim already installed. They are simple to install. Your windows shouldn’t fit so tight, you should have them loose enough to shim. If they are too tight they could crack later on or be very hard to open and close when the wood swells.we installed 14 on our house
Hey Dutch. On the refrigerator can you show us how to put the handles on? We lost the hardware to our handles when we moved and I guess I will have to fix it since I cant get any help. I like the windows. My daughter had that refrigerator only she has the ice maker. Mine is like it but its a side by side with ice maker. Take care and thank you for sharing all you do. Take care Randy!
What do you do to really eliminate termites? Do you have roaches in your area? What do you insulate the homes to R value to eliminate cold drafts and help with any moisture damage/make it more energy efficient?
Dang. I could use a handyman like Randy around my house. I just don't trust any contractors on my social media sites. Does Randy know a good handyman like him, in my area. Fort worth Texas area.
Oh my gosh! I've been asking the Lord for one of them jackeries. I'm an old woman of 63 and I would love to have one of these. I live alone and in the country. One of these would be a welcome tool in my home. Highway 40 Oklahoma side saying hello. Been watching your videos for a couple yrs now.
Dutch, for all those subs that are having trouble with you calling it the abandon house, call it the acquisition property..and see what that does to stir up the pot ?.
I have a question, are you worried about the huge rock that you didn't remove from the deep end of the pond. It's going to be close to the edge of anyone would jump in the pond. Don't you think it's going to be invisible from the bank before anyone can be hurt from hitting it. Just a thought, it's not my pond
You mentioned the homestead, abandoned house, and your jobs, but you forgot about the creek property. You've got too much going on, dude. And your girls are growing up so fast! I started watching before Hayden was even 9, and now she's 15!
It would be very nice if Jackery donated some of those billions without power after the hurricane that just washed away everything they owned! The highways and roads are washed out!

The Jackery comes in handy for all the projects you have going on. The house is beginning to take shape. Always watching your videos. GOD bless y'all.
New name for the abandoned house should be the Remodel House. Like the video.
Always carry a small bundle of wood shims (assorted sizes) for window installations.
Boy, Randy is such a great handyman so nice to have friends like that he’s so good. I bet you appreciate him a lot you go, Randy.
You two guys remind me of two brothers down home that do handy jobs. The company was called "Suds Contruction". They could fix anything but a broken heart.
Love and enjoy your videos. May the lord bless and protect you and Randy working on the abandoned house and protect you and Randy working on the house

The U.S store said sold out
The house is going to be really nice when you get finished. 😊
That's really nice that you had the local Amish people make the windows for the house
I guess it's a house being reclaimed, formerly abandoned. But that's a mouthful for every time you need to refer to it.
Randy protect your eyes please.
Randy is a hard worker and he has some big muscle. The house is taking shape. It looks good so far. I love you guys. 💪👍❤❤❤
Hi Dutch and Family. Great to see Randy helping yall Always something holding up progress. One down and a lot more to go. Slowly yall are getting it done. God bless and love yall ❤❤

Gen. is good to have if your house has a sump pump in the basement and no Electric!
Refrigerator running with the left door open. Whew, my mom would have slapped me down for that.
Hello Dutch and family
Where's Randy's safety goggles???
What do you do to really eliminate termites? Do you have roaches in your area? What do you insulate the homes to R value to eliminate cold drafts and help with any moisture damage/make it more energy efficient?
looks good
how about the house flip
or the flipping house 🏠 lol lol lol
House number 316. Makes me think of John 3:16 in the Bible. Good sign.
Ask This Old House - How to PROPERLY Install Windows.
How long does it run a space heater?
Love the video.
How far from the creek is the pond??? Maybe you can fill pond with creek water if it's close enough .....
If you are wanting to “change” the name of the abandoned house you could rename it to the “INSIDE CITY HOUSE”. 🥰🥰🥰 some people just have issues 💥💥💥💥
Are you going to 'wet treat' for termites before you hang sheetrock, and bait box for subterranean termites?
Thanks for sharing.
I am so happy for you :) 😀 😂❤❤❤
What is that Jackery box for?
Wouldn't an oscillating tool be better than a Sawzall
Dang. I could use a handyman like Randy around my house. I just don't trust any contractors on my social media sites. Does Randy know a good handyman like him, in my area. Fort worth Texas area.
Be careful if there is any asbestos …
Hi 👋 Dutch
Oh my gosh! I've been asking the Lord for one of them jackeries. I'm an old woman of 63 and I would love to have one of these. I live alone and in the country. One of these would be a welcome tool in my home. Highway 40 Oklahoma side saying hello. Been watching your videos for a couple yrs now.
Hi 👋🎉
Hello 👋
Dutch, for all those subs that are having trouble with you calling it the abandon house, call it the acquisition property..and see what that does to stir up the pot ?.
If you OWN it...ITS not abandoned!!
lol 😂
Why didn't you true your windows with a level. Are they true and squared.
Yes 😊
I have a question, are you worried about the huge rock that you didn't remove from the deep end of the pond. It's going to be close to the edge of anyone would jump in the pond. Don't you think it's going to be invisible from the bank before anyone can be hurt from hitting it. Just a thought, it's not my pond
Randy needs to put on some safety glasses
I’ve been watching you for a while and now I’m subscribed.
You mentioned the homestead, abandoned house, and your jobs, but you forgot about the creek property. You've got too much going on, dude. And your girls are growing up so fast! I started watching before Hayden was even 9, and now she's 15!
Reno property
Just take it apart and clean it.
Reno house
Hi
At the rate you are going, it would be cheaper to tear it down and build from scratch.
It would be very nice if Jackery donated some of those billions without power after the hurricane that just washed away everything they owned! The highways and roads are washed out!
Insulate around them windows young man... I don't care the only serve you better down the road insulate around the windows....
Project house.
why do you leave your truck doors open????
a lot of work.
What ? Julie
The whole house looks ravaged by dry rotting! Randy surely is handy!
