I change it on the fly so much and I have not messed with the high speed dampening. The stock settings were almost perfect for my riding style. I can tell you that the dampening is set to hard. Because of my weight and the power of the bike I find the front getting so light on exits when I accelerate that I wanted the dampening harder so the bars don't travel to much when the front lifts

hi johnny if you don't mind me asking.. what setting is your ssteering damper set to. in other words turn it all the way right to make it hard then how many clicks back from there? also did you touch the high speed damping or leave it alone? thanks in advance great vids btw
