Pretty impressive Fab work on the scooter wheels to mount on the rc car. Was a little disappointed on the scooter wheel burn out but when u took the off and installed the other wheels that was pretty cool. The burn out rc has some serious power. Great video and have a blessed day

@@KevinTalbotTV you should put these wheels on the worlds fastest rc I bet that would let you really find out what it’s capable of. Probably wanna use metal to attach the wheels instead of plastic wheels.
That car actually looked like it ran ok with the skate wheels on it, drifted pretty good....
Kev, I have an idea. You should do a series where you try out 1/10th scale cars on 8s, like what you did with the mini-maxx

Wouldn't that be alot of work? Most 1:10ths aren't 8s capable. Not saying it's a bad idea by any means. Love the idea. Just seems like a ton of work.
@@abingham3747 naw, not really lol. 8s esc and maybe upgraded motor and fuckin send it! The goal wouldn't be to make a STABLE 8s 1/10, the goal would be to see how a stock 1/10 deals with the power 🤣

Really this is brilliant! Great grip and adds un-sprung weight! Must drive amazingly planted! Should put them back on the buggy after they are flat spotted like that, probably have more traction.
Absolutely try the kinetic scooter wheels that light up when they spin! Keep doing what you do!
kev here is a suggestion: try the drag slash tyres on the burnout car

Kev, just thinking out loud here. What about a set of those wheels for your 200 mph project car? I know they woukd have to be balanced perfectly, but it seems to me there woukd be less friction or rolling resisitsnce on the ground and it would go faster. I don't know could be a terrible idea. Just something I thought about after watching this video. Love your stuff Kev. Keep it up!

I just bought a brand new Arrma Kraton 8s a month ago and found your channels reviews, where you've said the hinge blocks and pins were the weak points. My question is: I noticed the stock hinge blocks are now an anodized red aluminium, does that mean that Arrma has upgraded this part, or has it always been that way and still need the M2C hinge pin blocks with hinge pins?
This is actually a good idea for cheap on road wheels or even street wheels

Hey Kev. Are their any brushless motors that you know of for a 1/18 scale ecx torment that won't destroy it?
do you have a brushed motor currently? you need to order a remote and transmitter as well because most arent integrated like stock. i reccomend the dumborc one because its cheap and long range. but i would go to a hobby shop an see what they have in stock for a motor and esc first then make a decision based on that but i do have a few options that would fit but need modification like new batteries or somethin
