No it’s not for political reasons Carl it’s because the country can’t bring in 600k a year while building 120k houses. It’s impossible and unsustainable.
I think you forgot the fact that more people die every day than are born. Add in the metric of the current young people getting older and hence the net productivity rate is rapidly declining. Also, there are plenty of houses but they have just been hoarded by the rich who are not ready to rent them out. These two points are enough to hurt Australia's economy because simply put, you just won't have any businesses if there aren't enough people who are willing to work. Not enough men to build houses, not enough houses to house them in. LOL it's a desperate self-inflicted chicken and egg problem.
hi Carl, do you think for 190 they'll be issuing grants from Mar'23 backlog, or do you foresee another extension of their turnaround time? recent extension from 12-15mos TAT was observed
Depending on when you lodged the visa and the situation of your circumstances (including your nationality), you might be more likely to receive visa grants in July than before.
This is highly dependent on how many visa applications in 190 and 491 are pending to be processed. Based on what I heard about grants, my guess is there will be more allocations but not by that much in the next financial year, and there might be fewer 491 allocations than 190, but let's see.
@@estellebright2579 It is really frustrating indeed to have spent so much time and energy only to be met with this political mess:( I hope July will be better
@@theSatellite93 I already was forced to waste 4 years of my life for exactly that: random policy change and a political mess to "reduce incoming migrants" by cutting migration cap from 190,000 to 160,000.
Do you think we can expect a 476 visa alternative in future??
Thanks!

@@theSatellite93 no wrong the Australian population is growing by millions in the last 10 years.
What's the fate for already lodged 188a visa? Have they completely stop for those already lodged

Hi karl, considering planning level for next FY, can we expect more nomination allocations ?
not that optimistic

@@estellebright2579 Yes as you said, we have to find on hand visa applications to get an idea. But I think could be more than current FY.
so there won't be another 189 round?
Don't get your hope up.
@@estellebright2579 lol i like your comments they are always sarcastic
@@theSatellite93 except I am not, simply because we are heading towards the end of 2023-2024 FY.
