Hi, Glad to meet you in walking today near Vatican (it was an absolute unique interaction) 😂 This is Muhammad Zubair Fawad (a bit long name like USA 😂). Hoping you ll remember me. 😂
Hi Miriam! I would like to know if you work in some place of Rome, because I’ll apply for La Sapienza uni and I don’t have any extra money to spend those years that I’ll pass there. Could you make a video to help me with this, please?
Hey :) so i live in San Lorenzo since 2 years now and I did only feel unsafe VERY FEW times here and only at night. I believe it is a pretty safe neighbourhood because there are students literally everywhere, also at night of course. I can definitely say that there are many areas where I personally felt much much more unsafe than in San Lorenzo and I lived in Rome for a long time now so I would say it is safe.
hi! i’m hoping to go to rome on erasmus next year & i would study in global humanities as well. are there any courses that you know of in different parts of the city or is it all just on the main campus? your videos are very helpful btw
Hey thank you so much :) I have classes around the main campus and San Lorenzo but some are in piazza bologna too🤍 if you have any other questions just ask xx
hii miriam i just wanted to ask you this , i will be living in a room in San Giovanni from december to august , then i'll have to move to another place hahaha and i'm looking for an area which is like gives more classy vibes so safe+ kind of like more rich people live .. where would you reccomend?
Hey :) I think anywhere close to Villa Borghese & piazza del Popolo sounds good, otherwise you can check out the historical center - I lived there for a while and definitely felt very safe due to many tourists and also there is police presence near to the important sights and everything (:
Hey Miriam, thanks for this video! Do you have friends or contact who can help me find a room? I think it’s so difficult, I’m scared to get scammed all the time 🙈
Heyy thank you :) I will check if any of my friends have something free and let you know if they do - besides that, I will also open up an Instagram group soon for all of you guys so you can connect and help each other out! 💖
Hey! :) for the most part 350-450 euro should cover your rent if you move to a not that expensive neighborhood. You have to obviously add things like Wi-Fi, water and electricity to that which will usually be around 50-80 euro maximum depending on how many people you share the place with. I hope this helped :)
Hi, I will be going on exchange to Sapienza University of Rome this September until February next year. I would like to ask if renting an apartment at Via Prenestina, 80 is safe, and which area of Rome does this location belong to? Thank you!!!!!!!
Heyyy I'd say it belongs to Pigneto. I've actually never been there so I can't really say anything about it - it is very close to San Lorenzo and San Giovanni though so I'd say its not bad :)
love your videos!!!
I'm so glad! :))
I love this ❤
I'm so glad it helped 🥰

Heyy I totally understand! I worked remote during my time there - but yeah the working situation in Rome is pretty bad unfortunately :(
And do you mean a video about jobs in Rome etc? ✨
Is San Lorenzo dangerous? My family friend's son lives in Rome, and she said the only time she felt unsafe in Rome was San Lorenzo.
