I use 10 rushdown, 30 combos, and 20 counters on my Blue Beetle, and it works pretty well. Edit: The 10 rushdown, 30 combo, and 20 counters bulid on blue beetle is AMAZING👍🏾
I picked it up on sale for 15 bucks last week and just have it going in the background at work. I pretty much just use a 30/30 combo/counter AI and hit the A button every once in a while. I've got like five level 30's and everyone else is 20 or better. lol. Honestly, the most irritating part of this is cleaning up the inventory and opening the boxes because I have to do it when I'm not working. I hate working from home, so I honestly wish I had your problem. hahaha

The Harley Quinn is actually insane, I just started on a new account after years of not playing and my Harley was level 5 after completing the story and I had her play against a level 30 robin and she destroyed him
I use Harley a lot and some of her flaws I can't seem to work out. Like when she tries to throw the hyena treat right in the enemy's face, and when she jumps into the air and shoots downwards over the enemy's head, and sometimes uses a meter burn for a 2nd shot which also misses. She also tends to reallllly want to use the heavy attacks like the mallet and leaves herself open for faster attacks. Just today I put her into a zoning build that I'm going to test out to see if its any better. Did a few fights and her fighting was a lot more consistent, but the fights were slow. It was a 30 counter 15 zoning 15 runaway build.

With AI leveling, he isn't actually playing Harley at all. The AI is - so he might suck with her, but have her capped out at max level.

Try 4-19-18-19-0-0 for Harley Quinn. I've seen her lose maybe twice with that AI combination, out of hundreds of matches.
Nahhhh thats trash she has a lot of flaws with that build. Try using 1-1-30-13-10-5
