With this video it is getting more difficult for me.

Repeat it a few times. And see the notes above. They are there to help you. But even if you don't get it right away, the rules are repeated once in a while in other parts of the module, too.
Let me know what it is that you find difficult.

4:47 - Dua që të përpiqesh më shumë
Can we also write this as
Dua që ti të përpiqesh më shumë?
    -
I ask this because, previously we have had “ajo nuk dëshiron që ti të kthetosh sot” which is similar in stating it’s accuser (she or I) wanting the object (you singular) to do something.
My question is, in both sentences - is the “ti” optional? So if we add it to the first sentence or remove it from the second one they will both still be accurate?
I feel like we can add it or remove it depending if we wish to stress the “YOU” rather than leaving it to the verb construction to indicate it - but I’d like you to tell me for sure!
Thank you in advance, I hope you understand my question 🙏🏼

Yes, you are right. You can omit 'ti' if you don't want to emphasize it.
Language is not as rigid as it appears. Actually, I'd encourage you to play with using 'ti'.
My best memories of learning foreign languages is the mistakes I made and the blank looks I got. It's sweet embarrassment followed by a heartfelt laughter. No harm done to anyone or anything.

Great lesson! So if I understand correctly, we have been dealing with two types of verbs: (1) verbs ending in -oj, which are transitive or intransitive; and (2) verbs ending in -em, which are reflexive. Correct?

oj-ending verbs are usually transitive. 'hem/het' verbs are reflexive. In French, 'lahem' would be 'se laver'.

Also, ¿these three are all possible: (1) Ai dëshiron të largohem. (2) Ai dëshiron që të largohem. (3) Ai dëshiron që unë të largohem.
