Would you say they stayed true to their vision for the development? Do you believe it lived up to the hype? Shame that the building next door is so close they frosted the windows in the unit!
I think it did. The building is very elegant and the design on many of the units are stunning. I agree that the views are obstructed by the one miami building and that is a shame but the project sold out, with the exception to some of the PH units, so it seems to have resonated with the public as well.
@@stevenvargasmiamiGreat to hear. Will be interesting to see how the secondary market will respond to resales given the building is practically sold out. I’m sure the investors with units in the building got to ride the COVID wave up in terms of property appreciation if they bought a unit back in 2017. Did you get a chance to look at the amenities and/or other units during your visit? Great tour and hope to see more of the building from you!
@@l2679 correct buyers who locked in units before the boom are sitting pretty on some great equity but I agree it will be interesting to see how the resale market plays out
Well partly, it’s also the types of in building neighbors that you will have. It’s like I have to tell people about college you paying for the network you’re going to get access to. You can learn anything today on UA-cam.
Unreal!
Looks very nice and clean, with some great views.
Agreed!
