Wow! Congratulations to you! I had my first embro transfer today. I'm anxious. I'm so praying we won't have any issue and that the embryo will develop and I'll have a baby in 9months. Can you share your story?
We opted for a fresh transfer our first attempt, just because a fresh was included with the cost. We transferred 2 day 3 fresh embryos and I'm 6 months with the one that stuck!
I have been following this page for a while and all of the information they have ever posted helped us so much and we are located in England. I am 35 years old and recently got pregnant on our second 5 day old frozen embryo transfer grade 3ab. Found out on 6dp 5dt which is 11dpo every test before was negative. Our 5Aa frozen blastocyst failed sadly which was considered to be really good blastocyst. Thank you so much for posting extremely useful information as we literally started from scratch.
My 1st attempt was IUI and it was failed 2nd attempt was IVF and it was failed fresh embryo transfer But im not give up i undergo again 3rd attempt was IVF Again fresh embryo transfer and it was success i transfer 3 blastocyst embryo and only 1 survive i have now a 2years old daughter and i undergo again now my 2 frozen Embryo left in the lab clinic hoping and Pray it will be success Thank you for always giving us information with your vlog its help a lot to ke 🥰🥰🙏🙏
I did 10 rounds of IVF, I don’t produce many eggs. Usually doc can only retrieve 2 mature eggs max. I did two transfers in the last few years. I now have one last blastocyst tested normal. Fingers crossed
Soooooo helpful! My first FET failed a couple weeks ago and I’m getting ready for my next one. I appreciate this information. Please pray my second one works! 🙏🏽🤞🏽I’m considering doing natural instead of medicated. Any thoughts?
Its been 13 days from my frozen embryo transfer.I am having period type pains, pelvic pain from last night along with lower abdomen pain. Please some one help... Is my Embryo transfer failed.? Im worried
I got pregnant at my first try but I had a miscarriage . The embryo as good to go because we tested all of our embryos. Now I am getting ready for our second transfer.
This video is soooo motivating.... My doctor suggested me to go with Single Embryo transfer but I want to go with Two Embryo transfers. She told reason that first attempt we shud always transfer only One due low success rates of first attempt. This video makes it so clear that it is nothing like that... It depends from person to person... I will go with Two embryos transfer only then.
I did my first round via icsi with a fresh sample, 11 days later i tested positive, then sadly had an early miscarriage 😢 but im staying positive that my second round will be a success with my frozen embryo 🤞🏻
I’ve been following this channel for awhile. I did my first frozen transfer on 9/21. I got pregnant, but then miscarried on 10/11. Doc says there’s nothing I did wrong and that it was probably chromosomal, but I’m so scared to miscarry again. My hcg was fantastic the first two (423 and 888, and then I started bleeding and when they drew it when I went in it was only 2254.) weekly blood draws and it’s already down to 11. Next draw is tomorrow morning. I’m so sad, and just hopeful that the second time works for real…
Both of my euploid 4BB embryos failed. First attempt lining was a 7. Second it was an 8.9. The second embryo was hatching and active. No reason for it not to work 😢
Doc- would you recommend against thawing embryos to test them? We never tested ours and now after 1 failed transfer are considering it. What are the risks vs benefits? We’re both 33 with 14 frozen embryos left.
My first and second try worked. Unfortunately my first I lost my baby at 19 weeks due to incompetent cervix. I’m 7 weeks right now. Oh I’m 35 and didn’t test my embryos. Will be getting my baby tested at 14 weeks.
Does this mean if your first and second failed, it is also unlikely that your chances will get better? What about 1st egg retrieval vs 2nd egg retrieval when the first only resulted in 1 blast with failed transfer?
I think I read somewhere that your odds of being pregnant after 3 transfers (cumulatively) is 94 percent. So it is very likely you'll be pregnant after trying three times. But the odds of each individual transfer are 60-70 percent.
My first IVF failed as it happened on day 3 of egg retrieval with 5cg2 without blastocyst. I am going through second IVF now with frozen egg with 8cg2 3bb, My Endometry 3 lines are very good. What is the success rate now compared to my first IVF
After PTG test with normal chromosome you DON'T have the same chance to get pregnant if you are OLDER than 40 that an embryos with normal chromosome coming from younger women. My 3 healthy embryo fail. I wish to know that info now and don't wast so much money
My first IVF failed. I had 3 blastocyst embryos but only one was genetically normal. I’m not sure if I should try again. I’m 41. I have a high AMH due to my PCOS but clearly the egg quality is bad. I had retrieved 17 eggs and 8 fertilized. But in the end they were all bad eggs.
Thx for the info, my fist ivf didn’t work transferred 2 they wasn’t even blastocyst stage, We switched doctors got 7 frozen and tested the fist transfer failed 2nd worked but miscarriage 3 and 4 failed 5 is now a positive!! we will see how this goes, good luck everyone!!
for the 2nd transfer is suggested intralipid infusion ivf and scratching. I am not sure about the 2nd one that helped but 1st one sounds interesting ....
The pregnancy rate is 60%, how come at your hospital it became 78%? It’s almost the same % for non-tested embryos? If some of the untested were abnormal, shouldn’t that decrease the rate?
Sir, I am having aspirin( 100mg daily) & clexain injction(40mg) when i had my first scan doctor said everything is fine.but the very next day had a bleeding spot and when i called my IVF centre they told me stop aspirin and continue clexain. But still i am having this spotig even after 4 days..expecialy noticing while applying crinon 8%- is it something to worry? Please advise if stoping the aspiring will cause any harm? What to do next

It would be interesting to know how the success rates change with each unsuccessful transfer. For instance, what are the chances of the 7th FET when 6 previous transfers have not resulted in live birth?
I'm 37 from India after giving birth to a normal child , I he 8 missedabrtion. Nk cells and apla positive. Taken treatment for the same. Even after 4 times transfer of 4aa blastocyst did not gt pregnant. With own eggs. What could be the reason. Please help

Hi doc i have done ivf with fresh transfer 3rd day embryo i got pregnant but there was no heartbeat so ended up DNC i was 38 that time then i tried again for ivf and got 9 eggs 3 made up to 6 day blastosis and went for PGD testing and only one came back normal we freeze the embryo i wanted more kids then aftr few months we tried again 3rd round of ivf 7 eggs retrieved 6 fertilize one made up to 6 day and went for pgd testing came back abnormal....then we decided to transferred our frozen embryo and successful pregnancy my age is now 42 my son is one year old now ...i am thinking of another round of ivf what are your suggestions what do i do pgd testing is necessary ? need your suggestions thank you for bringing very helpful videos.
We did a embryo adoption and than transfer one embryo to my self. Because they said I was really old to try my own egg to have a Successful pregnancy successful pregnancy. Because I have had I still born in the 2nd tremester and 6 miscarriages in the pass 2 years. I have had a successful impact because my HCG level is going up but now it went down on the 3rd blood drawn. They said that means I will not have a successful pregnancy now to stop the medication. Does that sound right? And should we do another transfer with one or two embryos?
I know a 50 year old lady who has had 4 failed FET with donor eggs and donor sperm. Could the failures be due to her age? She has 1 living biological child.

So after how many failed attempts should a patient stop their IVF cycles...when their pocket is empty or after being physically and mentally exhausted?
Studies show that most couples who give up before achieving pregnancy do so because of "the physical and psychological burden" . Failure to achieve embryo transfer was another common reason
There is embryo adoption, or egg donation. Also regular state adoption for couples who want to be parents. I personally think the first 3 tries of IVF should be covered by Health insurance.
Could you give insight on successful live birth rate of those 60 ( at your facility ~78%) successful pregnancy of PGT normal embryo - I am a physician as well but knowledge on OBGyN is limited - Thanks 🙏
Yes, but the monitoring center must be a fertility center with experience in monitoring patients AND be able to get results to us no later than 12 noon Central Time
Hi doctor, I had a c-section with 1 pregnancy and is now doing IVF 16 years later. Can I ask for 2 embryos to be transferred since we're looking to have twins? Would that be safe to do?
You can ask, but.....many of the best IVF programs (like ours ;) ) do only single embryo transfers except in rare, circumstances. The reason? Multiple pregnancy (even twins) increases the risk for pregnancy complications
This is second attempt because last time I had polyps.. it’s removed last month and I got my periods and now it’s second month period .. they gave me progesterone vaginal till embryo transfer and after transfer its injection. My thickness is 13.1 .. is it good to have progesterone injections before transfer or after
It depends on how you responded the first 2 times. (#of mature eggs retrieved, did you do PGT testing etc.) 38 is still a good age to keep trying if you and your doctor decide. If you need a break thats okay too. Because IVF can be stressful. I will keep you in my prayers. 🙏🏽
We did 4 IVF, we got 3 healthy embryo (after PGT test all them had normal number chromosome) all the 3 embryo fail after transfer. How it is possible? We spend so much money...now we are broken in money and broken in our harts. If you have any doubs, and you are over 40 don't waisting your money
First, assume a live birth rate for transfer of a PGT-a embryo to be 60%. With 100 couples, After 1 transfer, 40 couples did not have a live birth. After two transfers, 16 still not pregnant. After three transfers, still 6-7 couples not pregnant Second, no difference in delivery rate with age if doing PGT-a
@@InfertilityTV Our fertility doctor expressed to us that an egg from a 40+ year old does not have the same live birth rates of the egg of someone who is younger. After 3 failed euploid embryos post PGT-A testing, the doctor told us that the mitochondria of my egg may be too old (I am a 42-year old very healthy woman) in that they don't have enough energy to sustain growth on its own until the mother's body can fuel the embryo. Did we win the bad-luck lottery then or does age really matter?
My first IVF was a success 🙌 glory to God.
Congratulations
Glory to the reproductive endocrinologist you mean!

It depends on how you responded the first 2 times. (#of mature eggs retrieved, did you do PGT testing etc.)
38 is still a good age to keep trying if you and your doctor decide.
If you need a break thats okay too. Because IVF can be stressful. I will keep you in my prayers. 🙏🏽
Mere bhi 2 ivf fail ho gye.3rd starts

Did your gap between last two IVF or not
Great rates
Hello sir
We did 4 IVF, we got 3 healthy embryo (after PGT test all them had normal number chromosome) all the 3 embryo fail after transfer.
How it is possible? We spend so much money...now we are broken in money and broken in our harts.
If you have any doubs, and you are over 40 don't waisting your money
First, assume a live birth rate for transfer of a PGT-a embryo to be 60%. With 100 couples, After 1 transfer, 40 couples did not have a live birth. After two transfers, 16 still not pregnant. After three transfers, still 6-7 couples not pregnant
Second, no difference in delivery rate with age if doing PGT-a
@@InfertilityTV Our fertility doctor expressed to us that an egg from a 40+ year old does not have the same live birth rates of the egg of someone who is younger.
👏👍
Interesting informations 🤔. Thanks for the video
