Do more videos like this because I'm more of a visual learner and they took me out the freezer to help dairy and my orders were a 225 piece and a 330 piece 😅 it took me forever without a trainer.
You stack a lot like I do, this is generally how I've stacked in box meat where there's a lot of smaller cases where an order can be well over 100 cases and 50-60+ cube on one pallet. I bring up my corners to be level and fill in the rest and use a slip sheet to tie everything in. Any problem cases I have though I throw on my forks and use them when I can.
I started to build in sections it's easier then build up the rest, sometimes I'll build one side put a slip sheet then build the rest of the pallet up to it I also column stack my eggs on the side most of the time
That was great. I do the same, I learned by practice. The first pallets I made in my first months were a disaster compared to the ones I make now. Some colleagues tell you not to move the boxes, but in the end if you have agility and speed you don't even notice it or you just stop moving boxes. I play tetris with the boxes, if the order allows it, normally it is like that. In the middle, the small boxes and heavy box bases (obviously), in the warehouse where I work they let us use cardboard to divide a base when necessary, in this case it is unnecessary. If I had found this channel a few years ago, in a week I would have made a lot of money. Keep going, your channel rocks!!! 😋 P.S. And now I'm practicing my english too, sorry if there a spelling check error. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Hey Tim we are not allowed to have gaps which sucks coz now I'm back 2 frustration . My gaps are not even big srssly fkin so pissed off however they let me put on dock but told not to do it again 😠😠😡
I get this comment a lot. I replied to John's comment on this video that I make my times easily because I don't think about my stack. That obviously comes with time. So honestly every selection Video I put out is what needs to be done to get your times up. Once you are comfortable with building your pallet the rest falls into place. Too many worry about times on their first week of employment. All training weeks should be focused on building pallets.
Instructional selection. Appreciate the work you put in to helping new selectors
I'm glad I can help. Thank you for the comment

I will definitely. Next one of these is juice
Might be tomorrow
You explain things so well. No one out there in the warehouse platform is doing what you do. Such a big help. Than you
I appreciate the comment!
Best selection video I've seen yet.
I agree
I appreciate it.
You know your stuff,Kudos.
Thanks 😊
Exactly the help I was looking for. Great video and explaination of why you built the way you did. I can't thank you enough for this video.

Thanks. Always helpful.
Brick layer and weight distribution is the key. 350 case in 45 minute is fun. Juice is more fun

Thanks for the comment! And it was written better than people who have spoke English their entire life.
This is great. More of these please
I appreciate the feedback!
You are saving my job! 🙏 Thank you
💯
Our warehouse at associated grocers they tell us to always put the eggs toward the top doe 😮💨
Got to do what they tell you.
I always stack my coffe mates in the middle, but they tip and fall over inside
Have to make sure the outside is going to support the middle. Got to get a heavier case snug up against it so it doesn't tip over
I edit to mess around so I know this isn't hard but its tedious. So its appreciated
Spot on. Also I'm new to editing. I know there is a ton more I can do but don't know how
And thank you
How long dose it take you to build a pallet like this one here on the video
??
Let me see what pallet it was , get right back to you
I would say between 25 minutes and 30 minutes.
That's at a steady pace, not rushing

I've definitely been learning a lot about other warehouses on Discord. That is they're ridiculous
Dam
Not sure if that's good or bad lol
Hey Tim could ya make a vid about selecting with a good pace and still being able to pull high percent with a decent stack as well ?

I actually made a comment on this video that gave me an idea for people in training.
U wanna pull high? Run and get ur check digits right and don’t touchthe box twice
