A lot can and has been done with it so far, but it reflects how economics, greed, and hussling however one can to keep head above water and chase an idea of a better. People and companies fall in line assuming things must follow how the stories, when originally some of the writers wrote about tech and online when they were not very adept at either. Love how the character Molly Millions was fleshed out where she had her own ideas and persona despite having hands in many pots and subscriptions to look through her eyes.
