Best pa din ang original Toyota Spre Tire Lock. Universal ones rod are too long at malayo ang lock sa mags, so there's room for thieves to cut the rod and makuha na ang spare tire. Yung sa original Toyota Spare Tire Lock, naka-sagad mismo sa mags yung pinaka-lock di gaya ng mga universal spare tire locks na malayo sa mags ang pinaka-lock nya.

paano yan manakaw wala naman sila access para mababa yung gulong at mahirap naman putulin yung kadena?

You mean the stock chain? Too thin. I prefer these types of locks than chains. Less noise.
I did and they still stole my spare wheel
