Thanks Mathew; I'm honestly so pleased to complete this video that I started on the 13th November last year. My plan was to make videos in hospital but with the pain and being zonked out on drugs it really didn't work out😂

Marvelous video as always. Apollon get to had a 20'' Upper Arm and 19'' Forearm at a lean ~280lbs. Man was an absolute horse. Just like you overcoming such difficulties.

He's not only know for his heavy lift. He was also know for Immense athletism. He was fast and strong. He would do Pistol squats with 50kg block weight tied on his outstretched leg, and outstretched each of his arm with 20kg block weight, and after he would outstretched his arm (Similar to a leteral raise but static hold) grabbing 80kg block weight with his pinky finger, and raising it for 3 seconds for 3 reps. Finishing his act he would lift The Apollon Wheels now know as Axle barbell in Strongman, he would lift it 2x a day in his act.

Hi Adam, in short I was in hospital for major surgery from 13th November 2023 for almost 6 weeks. Since then I have been recovering and doing physio but the medication I'm on has made it difficult to produce these video's at the speed I was able to previously. I hope to have a video out this week

Unfortunately the actual weight of many of the early Strongmen's claimed lifts are unsubstantiated. Especially Louis Cyr's. Who's claim as the Strongest man who ever lived. Is due to the publicity from the Canadian born Weider Bros. Who have never been known for their truthfulness.
There has certainly been doubts about several claims relating the Cyr
