- The story is about a couple, Bubu and Dudu, who have a misunderstanding when Bubu tells Dudu that she is pregnant. Dudu doubts Bubu's story because they have not had any physical intimacy. Bubu believes that the doctor she saw at a new clinic made a mistake, so she and Dudu go to the main hospital in the city for a second opinion. The city doctor confirms that Bubu is not pregnant and tells her that she has eaten too much spicy food.
Bubu and Dudu then realize that the doctor at the new clinic is a fraud. They confront him and he confesses to making fake reports to get money. The police are called and the fake doctor is arrested.
Dudu apologizes to Bubu for doubting her. Bubu also apologizes for not thinking critically about the doctor's report. The couple resolves their misunderstanding and end the story on a happy note.

If you're a fake doctor and you have invested money into running a clinic, you are *not* going to tell a patient they are pregnant when they are not because the truth will come out in less than 9 months and you'll be exposed. If you get lucky and manage to avoid arrest, you'll be on the run your entire life. How can anyone smart enough to pass for a doctor possibly be that stupid? You can't even say it was a rash decision because he had fake reports and everything. It just doesn't add up.

There is no reason for him to think that the doctor was wrong because at this point, he does not know that Bubu thinks she is pregnant because the doctor told her so; Bubu presented the pregnancy as a fact. Furthermore, it does not reflect well on Bubu that she never even questioned how she got pregnant since they hadn't done anything. If Bubu had announced the news with some confusion as to how it happened, then perhaps an argument could be made that Dudu should have given her the benefit of the doubt. But as it played out, no, Dudu was completely justified in his response considering the facts he knew and was given.

No. Because from Dudu's perspective, the fact that Bubu didn't think it was impossible that she was pregnant made it look like it wasn't likely to be a mistake. It clearly should have occurred to Bubu that it must be a mistake immediately.
If you hadn't been intimate with someone in, say, a year and your doctor told you you were pregnant, wouldn't you *instantly* doubt the truth of that diagnosis? You can chalk it up to bad storytelling that Bubu didn't, but from Dudu's perspective, Bubu's acceptance of the fact that she was pregnant completely justified his suspicion.
