@@apexpredator1202 the inner layer of uterus which gets prepared if there is fertilization starts to shed off which leads to bleeding when no fertilization takes place, so the thing which was attached to your body now starts to detach along with rupture of blood vessels...so it pains...sometimes it's more sometimes it's less...😊 sometimes one need to take medicine to ease the pain but Its Not good to take it regularly so we avoid it.

The doctor said why period is necessary - as long as it is happening the woman's immunity system works far better than the men.. that's why least of the girls experience heart attack, brain stroke in their whole life cycle.
