Buffalo finished last season on a 6 game winning streak, with injuries all over the defense. During that streak, which had them as the second seed in the AFC, Diggs and Davis were non factors, Shakir and Kincaid were Allen's targets. So who knows, surely not you chuckle buckets.

It's like they completely forgot about Diggs being useless the second half of the year while the new OC Joe Brady, the rookie OL Torrence, and Cook found a way to run through everyone's defense. They can just keep doing that. Also Shakir, Coleman, and Samuels will definitely surprise all these "analysts". It's not a bad a group of WR's especially when you include the TE's Kincaid might be top 5 this year.

I won't guarantee a SB, ...but this season we definitely have a highly competitive, playoff lock roster. Lock = Win the AFC East. Not too, hard, and with Josh Allen behind this offense, he could easily string together 4 straight playoff wins. He ended last regular season with 6, ...and that was without Milano, White, and even Poyer and Hyde at times. Most of the players we lost outside of Diggs were always injured or under produced. We have Milano back 😎. And when Josh does get in, look out. Check up his playoff history and stats, near incomparable my friends. Keep up the shade, we don't mind it... 🤷♂

This discussion is absolutely absurd. The Bills lost to the KC Cheifs (I mean Champs) by 3 points and just seconds. The Bills played with less than 50% of their starting defense. Every player that you said just left was already out in that game. Every single year, the NFL comes down to injuries. The top 3-4 teams in each conference have a very good chance to win it all. The Bills are STILL one of the 4 best teams in the AFC. Again, to say they have no chance is silly.

Bills have some SEVERELY underrated receivers primed for a breakout year this year, absolute 6'4+ monsters too. Great tight ends that can compete with anyone, James cook + Ray Davis who was a sleeper of a rb in college. In terms of defense they have all pro Taron Johnson, all pro Matt Milano, pro bowl Terrell Bernard. Ed Oliver was awesome last year up front, and a couple of edge rushers that are young and getting better. Rasul Douglas and Christian Benford were excellent last year at CB, and Mike Edwards and Taylor Rapp at safety are gonna be playmakers this year too. They added a bunch of depth in the draft this year too. Bill roster is low key very talented and any body that thinks otherwise you can tell is just not paying attention. I think the league is gonna be shocked this year

As a ravens fan I can’t say they’re gonna be bad this year. This is kinda what lamar had to deal with. Below average receivers. Good o line. Deep TE room. He still made the playoffs. The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. For the past 4 years, the Bills commenced the seasons with either Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer, or Tredavious White, and each and every time they produced the same results.
The Bills finally realize that they cannot go into the season with the same veteran stars or players every year and expect different results. In this regard, they have totally revamped their team, especially on offense. They no longer have a number 1 receiver, that demands the ball or a certain amount of targets each game. This will reduce Josh Allen's stress of having to sometimes force the ball to Diggs. Allen is now surrounded by a slew of very good receivers (including the rookie Keon Coleman) and tight ends that will allow him to spread the ball around, thus keeping defenders guessing. This will make the Bills hard to prepare for. This will also be the reason for their success this season, and the reason why the Buffalo Bills will go on to win their first Superbowl in February 2025. This will be Josh Allen's best year of his career.
The 2016-2017 Atlanta Falcons were built similarly on offense, and this was the reason for their success and the reason why they went to the Superbowl and should have won it, being up 28-3 at halftime, as they left defenders guessing. The Buffalo Bills will surprise a lot of people, indicating that the Bills Superbowl window is closed or closing. Get ready league the newly-looked Bills are coming, and they will be coming in grand style. I would not be surprised if the Buffalo Bills go undefeated this season.

This is just insanely lazy punditry, this ignores that most of those players were older and not once what they were, coming off injuries, role players of no consequence or replaced by comparable free agents or high draft picks.
Look at who they lost that were starters
Tre White - Was replaced last season by Rasul Douglas after White was injured in season.
Jordan Poyer - Was declining and no longer an elite safety. Replaced by Mike Edwards a two time Super Bowl winning safety.
Micah Hyde - Not once what he was due to age and was replaced by a second round pick In Cole Bishop.
Gabe Davis - Replaced by Curtis Samuel a quality free agent who’s a better fit.
Mitch Morse - Being replaced by David Edwards a starter from the Rams Super Bowl team or Sedrick Vam Pran Granger a quality center in the draft. Could be a bit of a decline here but nothing drastic.
Jordan Phillips, Poona Ford and Tim Settle - All were fairly marginal backup DT’s, the Bills replaced the with a vet free agent in Austin Johnson and a 3rd round pick in Dwyane Carter.
The rest of the Bills roster losses weren’t very consequential players.
The only two consequential players they lost that weren’t replaced fully and adequately were Leonard Floyd and Stefan Diggs.
In regards to Diggs the Bills did bring in Keon Coleman their top pick and a vet in MVS to alleviate that loss but likely the Bills are going to have to lean on Shakir and Kincaid to pick up the slack.
Leonard Floyd was the other loss and I think fans forget that Floyd’s production in the back half of the season slipped and I think the organization likely thinks Von Miller is going to come back healthier to make up the difference.
Looking at the roster outside of maybe lacking that “go to” WR in favor of a deeper more spread out WR core I don’t see how the Bills are any worse off than they were last year.
The only changes on the team in a new wide receiver room and the two aging safeties. If you pay attention to football you know the receivers played at replacement level and the two safeties could not make plays anymore because of age. So Acho do better.
Allen has CLEARLY been the drive and motor to this team for years. It's pretty criminal that he hasn't won a MVP by now.

Just had to mention; the Bills went 7- 2 through the back half of the year with our back-up defense, practically. McDermott's defense will hold together on scheme and strategy even without all pro talent. Will it be a shut down defense or a sack factory? No, like you said we don't have the talent, but they'll keep the offence in games regardless. On the offensive side of the ball the only positions of major concern are the X and Y receivers. 2 tight ends with hands, a receiving running back, and our slot went off in the 7-2 run. It’s almost like they don’t watch any of the games. Tre hasn’t played a whole season in 2 years.
So, basically Josh starts this year with the same challenge Mahomes faced last year.
There's only one position the Bills lost that will be a downgrade this year, which is Center. Mitches replacement will take time to get to Mitch's level. Otherwise, the remaining positions will be an improvement over last season.
I will really miss both Hyde & Poyer, but they had both lost a step already. Po's been playing hurt the past few years and isn't his pro-bowl self. And for all Hyde's smarts, he has also lost a step, and has been playing with a sensitive neck. I will really miss Tre White, but he's been injured most of the past 3 years.
Diggs in the 2nd half of last season was below average in his performance. The Bills won despite Diggs, with Kincaid & Shakir picking up the slack. Davis had great games, but has questionable hands and route running. Gabe can't get open 1 on 1, and is among league leaders in dropped passes every year. The Bills got 2-3 guys who can outplay Gabe. Diggs, John Brown, and Cole Beasley all had career seasons when they came to Buffalo and started catching passes from Josh. I believe we'll see a step up by a few of the WR free agents the Bills signed this off season.

And for the record, Dawkins and Kincaid are All Pro offense, and Von and Milano are All Pro defense. Nonetheless, point is a lot of people are underestimating what the Bills offense is going to bring to the table. Josh can and will elevate the play of those around him, and Curtis, Khalil, Mack, Keon, and Kincaid make for some hefty playmaking targets. OC Joe Brady is building an offense specifically around this group, and he has a lot of options to use. Don't write Buffalo off just yet...

So they don’t realize that Buffalo lost Tre white AND Micah Hyde at the BEGINNING of the season(first four games). Poyer played like a man past his prime. Milano ended the season early. Von didn’t even lay the first half of the year(felt like he didn’t play at all). Gabe missed games. Diggs played soft and took plays/games off last year. They got younger. They got hungrier. They have more to prove this year more than any of the previous 6 seasons! Watch the bills work then eat crow!!!
