I love your videos bro keep that good job I been in the field 1 year and I have learn a lot from your videos thanks for sharing your knowledge and I m also from the H
Id use a Solid State Relay or an Emerson SureStart in this situation. Mechanical contractors are great but solid state electronics can handle the abuse from chemicals and corrosion better than mechanical components can.
whats up bro? im am a NEBB certified test and balance technician.... and i enjoy watching your work........You have me where i want to take a jab on the service side of HVAC
Hey great video just make sure where you have the copper to aluminum change over piece that you wrap that with a rag or hot block. It should be only Apoxy and shrink wrapped rubber on there dont wanna blow that out then cost you to go back.
I have two questions would you recommend somebody older getting into HVAC I am 52 looking for a career change I was an auto glass service tech for 27 years just tired of it and which would be the best unit you can recommend
@@orlandocontreras9415 well to be completely honest and blunt, they're all a good unit. Its more about the quality of the installation that determines if the equipment will survive longer than 10 years. But in terms of build quality with the equipment, Trane and Rheem are at the top of my list. If that don't suit you then I'd have a look at something from Lennox, Carrier or ICP. I try to avoid Carrier/ICP though as they tend to have very hit or miss electronics that are painfully expensive and hard to get.
I have a question(anyone can answer or give me some info) I have 10+ yrs HVAC experience but I want to move to the US,do I need a certificate or something to find a job there? Thanks in advance
You know youngsta just telling somebody you purging don't do it when we never see you cut it on or cut it off. Your total big one and that's not the first one and we'll catch up with you sooner or later. Just trying to help and keep you on the up and up. What's up with forgetting to take out all the screws on quite a few AC units. You didn't put any screws back I heard the evaporator rocking inside the box a typical rush job.
Just a suggestion...put a little Poe oil on fitting on liquid line before screwing and tightening....helped me...46 yrs in business...

I kept trying to remove those last screws for yah! :-)
Did you run nitrogen through the lines when you brazed ?
this was really good video I set here and watched the whole thing.
Contactor rust isn't from moisture- it's from the chlorine coming from the pool equipment.

RIP TOMMY OFF MARTIN. WALT HIT THAT JOINT 😂😂
Damn your lucky. Everytime I get one of these coils the insulation sticks to the coil and gets all tore making it very hard to slide the new coil in
Don't you rather work with the triangle 🔺️ coils? 👨🔧👩🔧👨🚒👩🚒
Great video
I know that thing got sharp edges always wear gloves to protect your hands.

Might depend where in the US but here in Arizona you just need your EPA license, that’s all I’ve ever been asked for besides experience
@@BetoMota_
Oh okay thanks for the info.
An EPA license I can get that online right?
DOISRI you usually take the test at the supply house. I heard some are allowing online during Covid-19 but idk because I’ve had it for years.
Yes I think you can take it online but also at some supply houses. I’m not sure how much the fee is though
@@speckulator7516
