    I do this thing where I hop on one foot with a 10lb ball. I only use my calves and just put as much force into the ground as I can as soon as my foot touches the ground. I do 4 sets of 30

      ​@@justjumari do yk what I could do for my quads? I only ever feel squats in my lower back lately nomatter my form. I squatted about 415 a few months back and unill recently I hadnt hit legs after and I lost it

      @@TrigonTheGameryou may be leaning to far forward get up next to a wall, place your fingers width wise and thats how far you feet should be from the wall that should corrct it

    Can I just use a barbell for the deadlifts if I don’t have access to a trapbar?

      i'd rather use two dumbells as the center of mass will be slight in front of you if you use a barbell

    Justin, should I do dynamic stretches for 15min before sprinting?
    And should I train speed endurance the whole year?
    My coach tell me to do these 2

      If your doing dynamic stretching for 15 mins your wasting so much time, warmup should take you 3-5 mins
      And you don’t need speed endurance year round unless maybe your a 400m sprinter

      Never sprinted it, currently my speed is probably somewhere in the 10.6-10.8 range. But couldn’t claim it since all I do is coach

      There’s no such thing as good, just keep getting better and try to hit the next marker to get yourself ranked for your age.
      There’s kid who’s ran 10.6 at 14 and end up not even getting offers cause they fell off and vise versa

    This doesn't make sense. Doing sprints would be the best way to improve RFD, and he was doing that but not improving. Then he switches to plyos which aren't sprint specific and his time improves? Could it be he was just doing too much volume?

      Sprinting is one of the best ways to improve RFD, but also most people hit their peak power in sprinting after 1.0 seconds, so yes technically you are improving by doing prints but depending on genetics and the type of sprints you're doing that's not enough to do alone,
      or everyone would be fast by sprinting alone without anything other forms of training

      Not only good, it should be impossible, so it's highly unlikely any 13 year old reaches that speed. At 15/16, maybe.
