I followed these instructions fairly precisely. I pitched my yeast at 28c. Fermentation dropped to 22c and gradually increased it to 26. Airlock stopped bubbling at 7 days, and SG confirmed
Is it 25l or 21l you fill wash to? classic 8 turbo yeast packet says start volume 21l and in this video you guys say fill to 25l??? I know your using classic 6 turbo yeast so I'm confused as to which volume to go with?
You've likely figured it out by now. But it's 21 litres of water. But on your bucket, it will show 25 litres, because the 6kg of sugar will displace 4 litres of water (volume wise) - so that's your 25 litres of wash. Only 21 litres of water though. I just add the 6kg of sugar and add water to the 25 litre line. Hope this helps someone else with this question.
If, seeing carbon in your kit sugar, I didnt add the extra carbon, can I add it late? or would it be better to leave it out? Fermenter been on now for about 4 hours...
I agree, I’ve been digging round trying to find them too. This video is a little vague in comparison, any new content for the t500 would be appreciated
At what point does the plastic come out of the product? You can't put boiling product into plastic and convince me that there's any way that plastic hasn't leached harmful chemicals in that process. OMFG!

25lt at what temp?
30 deg c is what you want to try to aim for.
Could you use a corn or potato wash or can it only be sugar?
UA-cam the channel "Still it". He has lots of videos of alternative washes
You guys used to have some very good videos up with step by step instruction. What happened to them?

Yeah they seemed to have changed them to private, they were a lot more informative with steps and descriptions.
