With all these random pets & pulsing AoE spells flying around constantly, having Spell Reflection only affect 1 SINGLE SPELL makes no sense & absolutely must go back to being AT LEAST 1-2 seconds of reflecting every spell or it's dang near useless in the current state of the game xD

That's just how PvP feels. Antiquated. Especially Arms. Arms was all about the slow wind up to a huge burst of damage, but nowadays, even non-healers can easily heal the burst you just did away with two buttons. Too much health, can't catch people off-guard with the big hits. Don't even get me started on how it feels like mortal strike effects (MS itself, Wound Poison, etc.) just don't feel like they work correctly.
Another thing to fix for warriors is they are the only class that has to purchase two…TWO fucking 1800 conquest 2handers. Pretty unfair if you ask me considering it does not give us any sort of advantage and is just part of our class. By the time I spend 3600 points I’m facing half fully geared people.
The info bubbles about what and why Bajheera does certain things are awesome. Great info. Plus, the pet meta sucks right now. The Evoker rescued him across the arena and every single lock pet was instantly right back on top of him like they had a mass charge that beelined to him. Enough already. There are so many damn pets cluttering up my nameplates that I can’t even see the actual players anymore
Yeah I feel your pain man, I played solo shuffle against 3 warlocks (2 demo and 1 destro) I was the only warrior and I couldn't believe what I was witnessing

My hot take is that warrior, both arms and fury, are perfectly tuned. Anything stronger is too strong. Anything weaker is too weak. If you have vastly more utility than warriors you need to do less damage. If you do vastly more damage then you should have less utility. If everyone was tuned to warrior levels it would be easier to balance healing and PvP would be better as a whole.

I understand some classes should be counters to other classes and I’m even ok with a bit of rock paper scissors (e.g. rogue and warrior of same skill and gear, rogue wins but the warrior will always beat a monk sort of thing). But the current state is just plain silly. Next week’s tuning should be really meaningful.
I saw Soul Strike pop up in the reflect list too which is basically just a felguard melee attack that does shadow damage based on your spell power...I wonder if demo pet attacks like that and the imp firebolt etc. are classed as spells for that reason. Seems an easy fix if they didn't intend for that interaction and they are dead set on keeping spell reflect work how it does currently. Even easier/lazier/fairer fix is probably what you recommend with the duration of reflecting, then you're also retaining some survivability as well with the imps being reflected AND whatever else it is you are intending to reflect.

Yeah, warrior is fun to play when you play against classes that have ability to die. Problem for warriors now is that classes that have counter tendencies for us aka rogue and DHs are busted as hell. I rly do not understand blizzards obsession with giving leather users some very stupid defensive cooldowns that in most cases makes them unkillable.
Alright I know I’ve commented like 5 times but watching you try to fight warlocks is so frustrating. They’re way too tanky for how much passive damage they have from minions and how much cc they have. I started thinking “what would arms have to look like to be considered a god tier spec right now?” Here are some of my ideas: Spell reflect reflects all spells cast at you for 2 seconds. Charge makes you unstoppable, breaks all roots, removes all slows, and even clears thinks like vortex or ring of peace. Mortal Strike healing reduction buffed to 35%. All damage increased by 15%. Ignore pain added back AND defensive stance reverted to PvE functionality. Hamstring rage cost removed and given a 10yd range. Sweeping strikes taken off the GCD or made to cast a mortal strike at the same time you activate it. I think if you gave it all that then Arms would be on part with Havoc, s priest, demo, assa, etc.
We need hamstring to apply on charge and auto attack. It feels so bad having to constantly waste globals on it, only for every class being able to break it or go immune anyways.
I feel the same about Arms. It is ridiculously susceptible to kiting compared to Fury, and the bigger damage potential isn't worth it because you can never apply it.
So, I main warrior too and the fact is, while the tool tip says reflects 1 spell, I've noticed quite often your notifications of multiple spells reflected. This is because they hit at the same time, the problem is coil has a travel time. It'd be more about looking at the travel animation and then reflecting. It's irritating and I do share you pain at times too Bajh, but Coil is also a tool for Locks to relieve pressure off themselves. Sometimes 3 secs can be the difference of getting away or killed. If you reflecting everything for that time, they lose an option entirely. Honestly, I sorta like SR current iteration because they gave it the 20% magic wall effect that was previously only Prot. It being consumed is my biggest issue. I think the buff should last the full duration of 5 secs, but be okay with only reflecting 1 spell. To compensate its CD could be increased to 30 or 40 secs, since it would be rather strong magic wall on a low cd.
what are some pvp items you first buy with conquest ? weapons? trinkets? just curious what route you go. i def wont getr geared up quick like yout but was curious. so i can spend it on thje right gear
Right now I’d make sure you have the honor set of trinkets not conq yet. Then I’d start by getting the chest, legs, shoulders and helm, in conq, I’d use my Trophies of strife from the weekly sparks of life quest to buy a Drakebreaker weapon.

Hi Bajheera, big fan of your work! I have a question about your addons. How have you got BigDebuffs to work with threat plates? I've been trying for weeks to have bigdebuffs show on nameplates but i can only get it to show on unit frames! Please help a fellow Warrior of the Alliance!
I should also say I think they need to revisit how cc DR’s work. There is too much cc in the game. I think each cc type should have a DR that’s layered with a global cc DR. It would do a great job tuning priests rogues DH and warlock who each have a wide variety of disorients, fears, stuns, roots, etc. so if you stun me twice the second stun is weaker. If you then fear me that fear will start at a lower level of efficacy due to the global DR. Then a rogue tries to blind me? Too bad. I was just cc’d for 8 seconds straight due to two stuns and a fear. I’m immune to your blind now. And your sap. And your sheep. I get to free play for at least 10 seconds before any cc will work on me again.
Isn't that the point though? Having spell reflect reflecting any effect thrown at you during its duration however minuscule it might be? I have only played warrior in wotlk and I recognise the problem but I also think it's fine as it is since it would be ridiculous if it would target certain spells over others considering how low the cd is.
@@BajheeraWoW yes I'm sure. I quit wow in the end of wrath and beginning of cata (the original release). Wow is a different game all together now. But I recognize the problem. Then again it might not be as game breaking in retail as it would in wrath if the SR was changed to reflect only certain spells especially useful for the caster.

If you notice, it even reflects about 5 spells in that 1 moment, nearly all from pets - 1 is even a pet melee attack It targeting player cast spells over pet spells at the very LEAST would be fair balance. The warlock can still outplay the reflect attempt, but the warrior is at least guaranteed to succeed if the warlock doesn't react in time to counter it, rather than timing it perfectly and still being punished when you made no mistake.
There was alot of talk for Skull splitter and rend at the beginning. But now most people have realized it's not worth it. Rend needs so many talent modifiers.
I just macro'd it into my main abilities so that it Gets proc'd regularly. I don't think this is the best idea but this allows me to get steady use out of it and focus on other elements of the fight. Just one less thing to worry about! Cd isn't long so not wasted. I cyclone druids and sheep mages consistently ha
This was so painful to watch and reminded me of warriors being endlessly kited and deadzones in classic. All I saw that entire game was the lock/druid stun stun stun, root root root, teleport, curse of exhaustion spam...it's SO damned toxic even just to watch. If you gotta play a class that stupendously broken to achieve anything, ya ain't good at the game you're being carried.
I agree im playing enhance sham and it feels like I'm running a race with my legs tied together when I see demo lock resto druid I'm tempted to leave instantly its so frustrating to play against lock has everything in their kit same as druid they don't use mana they never cast crazy cc amazing defense cds and unbelievable mobility the game is so fun when im not facing a lock or druid
I think rend build was a fad for sure. The 10.0.5 change to skull splitter might make bleeds a bit more viable to invest in but all the top rated arms warriors are going crit+unhinged right now
Warrior in general just feels miserable rn. Fury feels a lot better than arms, especially in 2s but it still gets beat out by the current 'meta' classes. Im not the highest rating, and am not the best player but every game at this point is a lock, dh, uhdk, assa rogue and they're all just miserable to play against as a warr. As soon as you go up against something that isnt god tier warrior actually feels great to play.

It is CERTAINLY under tuned compared to assa or havoc or unholy but that’s more of a “those specs are busted and need to be pulled back” issue. Against almost anyone else as fury I rip people apart. And it’s hell of a lot of fun to play. If they just undo slaughterhouse and give us back the 5% damage reduction from war paint I think fury becomes high a tier if not s tier.

I really enjoy fury, I think it is in a decent spot in terms of damage and even survivability, only times I stuggle to live is against those over tuned classes, which plague the rating bracket I’m stuck in. Hoping for some kind of tuning soon to hopefully even the playing field a bit
spell reflection should be on a 5 min cd warrior should have 2 mobility cds completely removed and if he used 2nd charge there should be a damage taken buff on the warrior since the brainless playstyle as melee vs caster is so brainless 100% uptime and casters these days are forced into instant cast shit playstyles because of this cc nightmare
The more i watch these pvp videos the more glad i am im not palying any arena... its just boring... BG and wpvp should be the main focus, but yeah each to his own im glad for those who enjoy this convoluted mess.

I don't play warrior but Blizzard really need to redesign Spell Reflect so it doesn't reflect pet /minion spells.

Weapon = #1. Main stat is awarded most on Weapons. Main stat is the most important stat.

They really need to up diminishing returns. It’s absurd how locked down and helpless you become with no counter

fear has a target cap of 5 so if there are alot of imps the chance is high too miss of targets

Evokers can purge bleeds poisons and something else every one min. I wonder if that's what's peeling off your fatality stacks.
