they basically ask museums or army’s to record the sound for them

That was a post-design modification. The P-61 was the first allied aircraft designed with Radar from the start, while the Beaufighter's radar was a modification.

Hey gaijin, I hope you'll see this suggestion:
On the big map of Eastern Europe, in tank realistic battle, in the southern part, the team on the east is really in a big advantage position, as they can get on top of the hill in front of their spawn and have a line of fire directly on the enemy spawn. This issue is more problematic at high tier, as tanks have access to laser rangefinder and APDSFS, the fastest tank ammo type in the game. I would suggest a original feature to solve this issue, the fog, and as the battle progresses, it disappears. I'm not sure if top tier tanks with thermal imaging can see
through it, but if at the start of the game there was a little bit of fog on the map, at least the western team would be able to exit their spawn safely, and some impatient tanker on the eastern side may decide to advance at the start of a game instead of camping, as it would be a waste of time.

They add those now and then, but it's not their main focus iirc
As an adding note to the pages of History, some Porche Tigers were upgraded frontally and used by some tank commanders.
This game is one of my favorites, and has its pros and cons. The best thing about this game though, is that it absoloutly has the MOST customisable controls ive ever seen. I have been playing DCS recently, but it did not let me bind analouge axes to certain things, or multiple things to one button. You guys definately have done an excellent job in the control customisation tho. kudos

@@theflyinggasmask Or if you come within the spawn zone, you're tank is set on fire. bigger maps won't stop it, it'll just take a bit longer to start
Just make a zone where spawn protection doesnt end....
Or make an area inside the spawn that you can set up a tank or missile carrier and defend the spawn
I've been noticing to get a lot more kills not trying to take the objective but just trying to catch people trying to set up on our spawn lot of Abrams and leopards
DONT take the Scimitar it's Rudder is completely broken!!!
If they repair the scimitar then Hunter must too.
Bcs Hunter mk.1 is slower, less maneuvre And less climb rate, scimitar has much more armament. Its worse in everything And Its higher BR now Its better then scimitar just bcs of the rudder but if they repair scimitar they should repair Hunter mk.1

If you watch the video from this week it explains that this is by design. It's rudder is weak at high speeds. This isn't broken, it's just reality.

5:28 they were designated"VK 30.01(P)" for the one Porsche made and "VK 30.01(H)" by Hencshel,the Production Tiger was a mixture of the Turret of the Porsche one and the Hull of the Hencshel one,I think

Could you go into a bit of detail to explain how the damage system works in game? When a shell fragments after penetration, are there various sizes of the spalling and are they of different numerical value? Also are all the modules in the tank identical in the health points across all tanks? (modules like ammo and the forms it comes in, fuel tanks, engine etc)
It seems like I'm asking too much, would it be better to dedicate a video on this topic? There was never an in depth video on the game's mechanics. This would help clear up many misconceptions in the game.

I saw something on the PZIVF2 and the StugIIIF. They have new tracks that i thinks wasn't here before, the ones that was use during the opperation barbarossa in winter. Nice add!
Radars can be air search, surface search, both combined. The "tracking" radar is actually called a fire control radar. The fire control radars frequency or wavelength is much higher/tighter like a narrow beam. The search radar is more wide like a cone.

Question: How are you changing the distance rate on the optics???
Go take a look in the control settings, you have to first bind the controls before you can use it.
If you mean the speed at which the zeroing is done other than the mouse wheel,
I binded up/down arrow for “Sight Distance Control” and had “Relative Control” on.
You can change the speed through the multiplier.
Recommend to have the relative control step to 0%.

I understand this was a Radar related section of the video, but will the KA50/52s Vikhr missile range be corrected? I understand the Wiki isn't fantastic for references but when "The missile is designed to engage vital ground targets, including armoured targets fitted out with built-in and add-on explosive reactive armor, at a range of up to 8 km when fired from a helicopter and 10 km when fired from a fixed-wing aircraft in daytime and up to 5 km at night, as well as air targets in conditions of air defense assets activity." is stated do you have references to state it having 10km range on the helicopter?
You might wanne test fly the ka50. The vhikr got that nerf in the previous patch vikings fury.

The first radars we had in-game were actually on the high-tier SPAAGs at the time, not the SAM SPAAs! Vehicles like the Gepard were first!

Can you guys update the hullbreak mechanic on the next patch? The system needs a rework. Perhaps disabling the tank's mobility instead of simply dying to a HE that hit nothing but a wheel or a drive sprocket.
Can you add name tags on the vehicles you are covering? Finding a video about the Tu 4 is very hard
so with all these different abilities for the vehicles like night- or thermalvision, different smoke options, radar, stabilization and so on do you plan on adding these abilities to the info cards so we know which vehicles we want before we unlock them?

Is there any method of setting time fused Shells other than the rangefinder?
If not, would it be possible that you implement the Option to set the time fuse via the sight distance controll?
I would like to use my 8,8 cm Flak 37 sfl. as an anti air, but ist realy hard to set my Shells on the right distance

Will we ever get a InGame Ladder-Duel-System with Elo etc. , like we had back in the days on Events. Same goes for the Races. I'd like to see a permanent InGame-Ladder for both. It wouldn't split the community, it would pull more people to the game.
Question: Will Germany ever have an armored personnel carrier, such as the Marder 1A3? Maybe with the MILAN anti tank rocket?
And another suggestion: in battles; or in the vehicle selection, a small preview of the tank and aircraft camouflage would sometimes be good. With some vehicles there are so many different ones that you lose track of them. Maybe you can bring that in too.
Since you've added the challenger with the new armor package any chance we'll get an abrams like that with either the tusk or tusk 2 armor packages?
When will you allow tankers to change shell types without having to shoot?
Is it possible that you could have event or removed vehicles still appear in the tree? Just so that you can study them for weaknesses incase you can't seem to penetrate them anywhere.

The Mirage.IIIC was equiped with a Cyrano radar device that is capable of both air to air and air to ground usage so why is the air to ground function not working on war thunder ? and could you explain how works his air to air mode (i noticed that the radar was capable of prelock targets with missiles but i dont understand what are the requirement for the lead marker to apear)

what about aircraft like the F-86, F-84 and f-100 which have no radar represented in game, but for some reason have usable radar when flying? is this an oversight or something they had historically?

2:32 lol, here I thought there was a slight chance of this map getting changed so you can't spawncamp from this hill............. but it turns out that Gaijin's own devs are in on the old A-point snipe :( (they also immediately go spawndriving in the next clip too, so it shows why they turned off spawn protection too.
Is the angle that you climb at in a propeller plane related to the rate of climb of that plane? And how do I know what angle to climb at?
When will we get the Maus back into the Br tree? Ive given up researching further than one of the panthers, in any tree since theres nothing appealing anymore to unlock other than the Leopard 2A5. But everything else doesnt seem to have much historical appeal.
Suggestion: add a “your welcome” or alike comment to the quick radio please. When someone thanks you for something with quick radio It would be nice to be able to say your welcome quickly instead of “yes” or “affirmative”.

Will you ever add the Avro Vulcan as it is a really cool plane and it carries lots of heavy weapons? Also, you could add the Eurofighter Typhoon and a Hawk T1?
When will you fix bomber damage modules or cockpits? A b-17 goes down after a .5 second burst of 7.62
How much info do you need to add a vehicle to the game? Like could you add still operating tech to the game or there isn't enough data?

do all the tanks have to get uptiered by 1br from their original br? i've been playing for 3 hours with centurion mk1 and all the matches were 6.3 and 6.7
will we see Animations for Optics? like the Upgraded Optics on the 2S6 should aim to your aim point and not just stay at the same position.
