Somtimes, in a sticky situation, I will sacrifice a crew member to get out. If I know the enemies APHE won't detonate on the commanders side of my amx13, I will sacrifice my commander to make them shoot. Then I am able to shoot them while they are on thier reload

Please do a video on keybinds for console players. I have to play low-rank aircraft because with the missile controls and the thrust vectoring I can’t control the aircraft well. Here is an idea for a quality of life change for console players. Instead of keybinds on the controller give an option for a weapon wheel. It has worked well in games like RDR2. That way we don’t have to memorize lots of keybinds.
The bottom button on the D-pad is the most useful button for key bindings. Other than that I get what you mean. I have changed my buttons way too many times while changing BR’s
@Simon-Olivier Lapierre yeah I use that mainly for tanks, while being in a dogfight though it’s just way to time consuming, at least for my play style. If it works for you then that’s great.
On Xbox, I have LT+A to turn missile seeker head on and A to launch, and RS for ballistic computer and flares, it works but I can’t do anything more complicated than that lol

There will most likely be the option to buy tricolor smoke once the new update comes out. It will cost 1000 GE and can be found at the in game shop where the crates are.

@@davidlow8104 true, the wings are vulnerable, but it can still take a lot of hits due to the sheer size of the wing, and on top of that it can survive multiple rocket hits to the fuselage, something the IL-2 cannot do

Grinding Italian tier 1 and 2 planes is pretty boring, apart from the FC 20 thing. Quadriarma is moderate at best. I would love to see some more aircraft.

I love war thunder but I sometimes wish there was a battle online where you get to use your battleship, airplane, helicopter, and tank to fight at the same matchmaking it an interesting battle. and wish you could destroy buildings with tanks but to use it to your advantage just like they did in battlefield games by EA
Although that does should interesting, there may be some balance issues with naval behemoths like a battleship being able to fight with a tank. But I do agree that it should still be a game mode
I love how Gaijin talks about urban battles when there are obstacles and then I start thinking about yesterday when I was playing the M5a1 at 3.7 with shermans in my line up and started hearing a KV 1 on the kther side of the building I was behind.
So we both started turning our tanks around the house to catch up eachother.
Fortunately I catched up him and killed his crew by aiming to the ring of the turret.

You forgot something really important to Urban combat: wait until your opponent is suffering from packet loss and can't see you move to his flank!

Big question: why cant the IS 2 penetrated Tiger 2 H and Tiger 2P from the front because they both dont have armor made of good material wich is 2 cant pen sometimes but will break the hull
Because pressure damage is only coming next patch. Also IS-2 can pen Tiger II frontally, just hit the flat cheeks where almost everyone has learnt to aim.
Q: Now that the game has the nuke, will the object 279 survive as it is designed to withstand nukes and if yes will it win the game as it will be the only one surviving the nuke?
It was designed to save the tank not the crew and it can only resist at a nuclear blast not a direct hit

I don't think U.S. WRs need to go down more. Probably would be one of the worst ideas for a premium too because instead of click bad guys while going full speed, you have to stop/go less than 20 kph, deploy your launcher, go below 5 kph if you aren't already, and then click a button while pointing at a bad guy. Would drive players away from WT imo because it's harder to get right(which is good to save their sanity xD).

When will you guys start lowring the RP for vehicles and jets? Right now it seems that every country has several jets that require 390K rp one after the other... Before you guys used to adjust the RP requirements as you added more vehicles and increased the cap BR (which still needs decompression btw).
Attempt 12: When will helicopters get their own proper mode and BR separation? Don't get me wrong, Enduring Confrontation is good and all, but it's not fun when AH-1G's have to deal with air-to-air missiles from a Ka-50/52 kilometers away from the objective.

Could you please explain how the repair cost gets calculated after each match? my Mig-19PT's max cost is 9805 and if I get shot down (and the aircraft plummets to the ground and explodes to a million pieces) sometimes its 9800, sometimes 9000 sometimes even under 9000. how does this work?

Before I watch the video... Just please. Don't tell me that they are teaching the new playera the:"Start by shooting the barrel." Sh*t again... That is a the most unskilled, dishonourable, asshole move when you have other choices... If you can not pen the enemy frontally ok. Go ahead, shoot the barrel for survival. Or you can pen only there, like when you engage he most soviet MBTs. But when a Panther starts with that, when you are in a Jumbo, and you have absolutely no chance closer than 100 ms effectively... It is just disgusting. (Btw, the other dipsh*t tacti is camping ofc. Or sniping when your tank has other, even better options. Like when I have to go forward with my M36, becouse we are loosing the point and our Tigers are just sitting behind cover and peek-sniping... Or the Shermans at low BRs nowadays for some reason... They do the same as Tigers.)

I have a couple questions I'd like to ask. What happened to getting the ability to lock the P-61s' turret position forward for the pilot to operate? You mentioned in their Devblog it'd eventually be added as a modification to research, but it's been over _five years_ since and we still haven't gotten it.
Also, server connectivity issues have been absolute murder for months now, and seems to be getting worse (particularly with the US servers). Is there any work being done to remedy this?
Put helicopter auto spawn on the closest spawn or have a setting to do so they doesn't need to be changed everytime.
I'm sick of getting missiles and then forgetting to change spawn to spend literally 1-2 minutes flying to combat.
Not fun.
