Ingredients:-
For Marination
Chicken wings - 300 gm
White Vinegar - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour / Maida - 3 tbsp
Egg - 1 piece
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying as required
For Sauce
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Chopped onion - 5 tbsp
Green chilli as per taste
Schezwan Sauce - 4 - 5 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
White Vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cornflour - 1tsp mixed with water
Chopped Spring onions - 4 to 5 tbsp
