TV Box MECOOL KM2 Plus 4K

I usually use the mecool km2 plus to watch films. After viewing. I would like to delete the films directly from the hard disk.
It is impossible to delete the films even using file manager+ or novaplayer. It doesn't delete .
Is there a solution?
