As a hazmat driver, if the company is NOT paying you a premium to operate with hazmat loads then they can find someone else to do the work(10 years experience)

That's not a DOT violation.... There's no DOT requirements for the cab of a semi having reflective tape... Especially one hooked to a trailer 😢
