The methods are so simple that sometimes I think I misunderstood and go back to review
Absolutely Cleo! I used to think 'if it's this simple why can't I embody it?!'
the problem is not only fear, but normal human feelings are lost, you don't react to everything like before, the same reaction if someone kills you, the same reaction if they give you a million dollars, the spirit freezes, then I tell you, son, that you return someone who is in this situation to their previous normal state
nick couldn't answer that
After the fear gone serotonin state will be restored and u can have same reactions on things as before... for now u just have to accept ur current state remember to accept anything that's happening not only fear of fear but also other emotional states like sadness , depression etc ......
@@keshavmehta6305 bro, what do you mean accept? Should I accept my current OCD situation and live with it?

@@azeri10 yes sir that what unconditional life acceptance means
U have to wear it go by ur day
And gradually shift ur belifs that even if i live like this forever it's not the end of the world may br ur just started consuming content so u don't know much but this is how it works watch videos and read books for more info
Even though nobody's 100% bad, do I sit with the discomfort of feeling like im 100% bad?
You need to break down why 100 % bad doesn’t exist, the books on the reading list help with this and we cover it in coaching.
@@OCDRecovery I know, but I can't constantly dispute it over and over
@@Jordan-p7r that’s compulsive, that’s not the way, needs to be taken one day at a time.
Thank you very much bro, since i discovered this channel I've really been doing what you've been saying and I'm recovering from ocd now especially with sensorimotor ocd
I’ve read the book and it’s pretty much saying there’s no such thing as a good person or a bad person.you can’t have one without the other so by using acceptance your okay bad side and your good side no one is 100% anything.we are human it’s like a clock it constantly goes left right
