hi I want to be fintess coach but I am 16yo and I dont have any expirience but I am very interested in fitness and I decided to become a fitness trainer and do everything for it but I dont know how to start. Do you think that I can start when I dont look so good ???
Yes!! Start with what knowledge you have around fitness and it doesn't need to be related to physique. You can start NOW sharing other information around fitness like diet, nutrition etc. and much more
Just be sure to be working harder than everyone else... No one will listen to you unless you have PROOF. So work harder than every other person, the results will follow.
Reuben brooks seems like a professional. Wish I could spend my money on his program, but sadly I wasted my money on another bald keto king guy who’s lectures are very unprofessional and confusing.
