I hate when people say that this song is about Yuno/Ayano. It's not! Even Jayn said so herself that the song is merely about the yandere trope and not any particular yandere.

However, people are convinced that it's about Yuno solely because of the line "that we'd get married when we both got older" as Yuki (jokingly) said that to Yuno. Jayn had debunked this theory by saying that's just something a yandere would say. As for the people who are convinced that it's about a particular yadere, I think that they simply want it to be about that yandere and refuse to acknowledge that they were wrong (well, maybe not all of them but some people are very stubborn when it comes to their beliefs and don't like to admit when they're wrong). I even heard some people say that they believe that it's about Ryoba Aishi, Ayano's mother, which is the craziest theory that I have heard especially since we barely know anything about her to begin with.

Then she brings up some other girl of whom she is jealous, someone who seemingly is trying to manipulate him, and she wants to protect him.
Though I don't see why he'd act like that, clearly endangering the other girl. The girl is clearly not mentally stable at that point, so it'd be best to comply with her demands.
If I was in his situation, and I liked her, I'd encourage her, not try to stop her.
If he doesn't like her, though, then it's _extremely_ sinister how she deludes herself into thinking he does. This seems unlikely, since she says that he told her they would get married one day.
