Throggs Neck St. Patrick's Day Parade 2024

The 26th Annual Throggs Neck St. Patrick's Day Parade was held on March 10, 2024.
This parade in Bronx is one of the St. Patrick's Day Parades in New York to celebrate Irish heritage and culture.
John Brady and Majella Brady have been named Grand Marshals by the Throgs Neck Benevolent Association.

There are several Saint Patrick’s Day Parades all over NYC each year.
This parade had such nice weather compared to the parade in Far Rockaway, always held in the first weekend of March, regardless of weather.
This year, Far Rockaway had drenching rain and very few spectators. The parade marchers were, valiant participants, wearing raincoats, boots and some even held umbrellas. What spirit!
Mr Tsui was wondering, braving the heavy downpour, filming the parade in Far Rockaway, Queens for us to see at home.
This parade had wonderful, dry and warmer climate. Thanks to Mr Tsui, we are able to view a lovely St Patrick’s Day Parade with many more spectators.
March 17th is always reserved to the nation’s largest St Patrick’s Day Parade in Manhattan, down 5th Avenue. That is when every pub will be serving green beer, delicious corn beef and cabbage and soda bread.
