Hello there, I scrolled through the comments and can't believe what I'm reading. This is a 12 year old boy who did a trick I will never accomplish in my entire life, because I can't even skateboard properly. It might not be the best trick in the world or neither he did it on a regular halfpipe.. but he is freaking proud of what he have done and so am I. Good job young man!

I came here to watch the 1080, and I leave in awe not of the 1080, but of those falls he took like a pro. Ah, the good old days when I had cartilage...
It looks scary as fuck. I got the chance to ride a mega ramp when I was 15. The falls you take are about the same as falling 4 feet of the ground. It happens so because you fall on the the defending slope of the rand and not on a flat surface. I didn't even wear protection when I went on the ramp so I got me elbows and knees bruised. I guess it's like those big waterslides at the water park. Just imagine running and jumping Onto the slide.

Yeah but um he is 12 and pulled a trick no one ever did before. You say it like if it was easy to jump 12 feet high on the air and make three rotations. Yes the ramp gives you more air time and speed, which enables you to make the spins, but landing it is a lot more harder than a half pipe (you are still blind from spotting your landing three times) It also takes a lot more balls. No skater before him could pull it off, even the guys that were competing on mega ramps. Not Burnquist, or Way or Sloan. Hawk in his prime could dominate the 900, but this kid did a harder trick before even reaching puberty. This kids also did a 900 on a regular half pipe at the xgames, so your comparison is still bs.

I rate this as "THE BEST TRICK EVER", Any skater knows how hard spins are to learn and then actually land, the vast majority of adult skaters cant land 7's the few who landed a 900 only did it once and never went further. To land a 1080 in something I never thought could be done. This young man Is amazing to watch skate and progress, and a Top Bloke too.
