Practice! You need to be inputting db1 after 3 ends. If you do it too early nothing happens. Go into practice and set the ai to block all. Then do j3 db1 into 2 db1 into 1db1 into 3 and repeat until you can do it infinitely. Then practice empty jumps, and doing float without a jump normal to elevate yourself

Man ive recently been picking up brainiac and im very adamant on trying to main him despite him not being the best or top or anything i just really enjoy playing him im having trouble understanding his frames though like the meterless instant divekick feels unpunishable the metered however, my friends always punish also he has a lot of unsafe strings that actually feel safe, hell i feel like its still me turn and everything i dont really know how to pressure correctly with him yet im having trouble and i cant find anyone to help me because brainiac is barely played and i dont feel like intensely labing him i just need some tips Mason got any?
Hes very difficult to keep safe. It’s all spacing when you get down to it. Use L2 as your trait button and use special moves at the end of your strings to make them block it. Hes actually the second best character in the entire game after Batman in my opinion.
