I main mikey, but leo is fs top ten. I mean maybe top five with some discussion about who he struggles against. He just builds so much meter because of the free launcher, and his traits build meter too. It frees him up for so many rolls, push blocks, f+b3 cancels, etc. His traits also become faster and safe when meter burned, which again, he builds like hes fucking dr fate or starfire. When i play him honestly its really only good brainiacs and superman that fuck with what he wants to do. Brainiac because his dive kick beats all leos jump moves, his db3 air move, and his db2 special. Supes because when he's eating the lasers he moves back, meaning he has a hard time closing the gap, and then his rolls can be anticipated. But i mean hes a zoner destroyer usually. His trait and proj. parry forces them to play neutral and he eats neutral alive. His combo potential is crazy, but you gotta call a lot of your shots and its punishable on block a lot. But a good player like turtle shows his potential.

I think it's safe to say Leo is top 10 at the very least. Especially when he's the only character able to use their legendary gear in competitive play for mix and pressure that's all plus on block.
