    PRIME VIDEO BRO! Put my guard on an hour ago no problem! Except that round ring on the foot peg was a bit of a byotch lol. Fantastic video! Thank you!

    Good and well explained video, thanks. Nice bike and i should know because i have the exact same one!! Would you happen to know if I need to relocate my rear lights if i install fiberglass saddlebags (bagger type). Their instructions say all rear lights need relocation Except the Deluxe. How can that be when the Deluxe and Heritage classic have their rear lighting in the same place??

      Thanks You! I'm not sure. I was looking at Fiberglass ones a few months back... but got distracted. I believe I was looking at Viking Bags version. Maybe their website can help. I'm like you... I don't see where that will come into effect... unless the new bags would be extra large... hopefully larger 'cause the standard ones fill up quickly. Hope this helps, and thanks for watching.

    Great vid! I think those are e-clips, not c clips and it does help a lot to have the special removal tool to get em off without accidentally damaging the black finish on the footpegs.

    Out of curiosity, did you use any heat on the passenger peg bolt to break the Loctite?

    • @truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197
      @truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197  Рік тому +1

      No, It was not needed. Just tried to tighten and untighten until it moved.

      @@truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197 Thanks! Until about 5 minutes after I posted my question I thought it was red and not blue loctite, lol. But I certainly appreciate the quick reply...looking forward to watching more of your content!

    Did you use a T-40 for the footpeg part?

      I got them from the Harley-Davidson dealer that I bought the bike from. McMahon's H-D in Beaver Falls, PA. They are an H-D product, NOT after market.

      I just got the same bike...what was the part number?

    • @truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197
      @truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197  3 роки тому

      @Jim Rowland Straight from my receipt and the H-D site ...
      Part Number: 90201312 $249.95
      I ordered mine the day I bought my new bike because they were giving me a 20% discount that day.

      Will those fit my 2020 Fat Boy ?

    • @truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197
      @truckstomotorcycleswithtom3197  3 роки тому

      Rahul's Vault That part number 90201312 will not fit a Fat Boy. I did a quick check of the Harley site and did not find any for it. Doesn't mean they do not have them. Harley changed the website last year and I find it hard to find things there now. If I don't find it in a quick try, I call my dealer who can find anything.

    You are me.
    First time doing a job there is almost ALWAYS some little thing to slow you down.
    I bought these and moustache engine guards and watched you put them on.
    Thanks for doing these.
    I have a brand new anniversary heritage bought one week ago. It's a beautiful bike!
    Haven't ridden in 40 years. Already toppled twice.

      Thanks for watching. That's a nice looking bike you bought. I just learned to ride 5 years ago, when I turned 69. I say in humor, but some truth, I spent the first year more horizontal than vertical.
