- We've done the fly cruise experience, we've toured and reviewed our cabin on Voyager, and before the more up close and personal vlog detailing the whole week in the Mediterranean, it's time for the complete walking tour of Marella Voyager, the latest ship in the Marella fleet! Every venue, inside and out, explored, labelled, tips given, all deck plans covered, promenade deck, pools, restaurants, spa, thermal suite, cabanas, which restaurants are included in your cruise fare, it's all here for you! So sit back, relax, and let me do all the walking!

I prefer the two Discovery ships after watching this excellent tour. The dedicated indoor adult pool area is superb on Discovery.

I'm new to the Marella line and did Discovery a couple of weeks back. Looking at this vlog and others, this ship is clearly up to date so to speak. Discovery looks tired and needs some serious TLC.... loving the uploads. ❤

Having just returned from 2 weeks on Discovery we😮 love the ship and Discovery 2. We had a newly refurbished cabin everything was great lovely units and plenty of them including the bathroom. The cabin doors were the only thing that showed the age of the ship. The crew were lovely and I got on famously with the Entertainment Team would have no hesitation in going with Marella again.
We have been on Discovery September and after watching this video of Voyager we wont be going on her because in our view its not a patch on Discovery.

We love Marella cruises, the medium sized ships are perfect for us with the laid-back atmosphere, not too noisy, plenty of space, all inclusive fair including alcoholic drinks and of course value for money. Our next Marella cruise will be a two week affair in the Adriatic next June and we are really looking forward to that. Great video showcasing their new addition to the fleet which has made us keen to try it out soon. I think you suggested in a previous video that booking a speciality restaurant on the first sea day out of Dubrovnik would be a good idea, I’m I remembering correctly?
Ooh I totally stand by speciality dining in the first night, for sure!

Great tour gives good feel for what the ship is like.Went on Discovery 2 in July, brilliant ship and crew, prefer the decor and layout especially the atrium and benefit of indoor adult only pool!
I prefer Discovery to Voyager
Booked to do the repositioning transatlantic in November . First time on this ship.Looking forward to it.

Think I could live on Deck 11! The ship feels at lot like the Explorer, which is great for me.
It’s similar in places. Lots of differences though!
Great video again Jamie! Will be boarding Marella Voyager in a couple of weeks in Barbados however just wondering if you’ve experienced any mosquitoes on the islands or ship. Would like to know if it’s worth taking mosquito repellent?

Hey Jamie great video as always! You mentioned a DJ providing entertainment in The Electric Rooms is there a live band here providing nightly entertainment too as there is on the Explorer 2? We are going on the Voyager in a few weeks time and hoping there will be 🙆🏽♀️
I don’t remember a Band being there as it’s much more late night club material but maybe they’ve added one?

We did an Adriatic cruise on Marella Explorer 2 in June 2023 and they had a resident Filipino band who played late night live music every night in the venue next to the casino, also called the Electric Rooms, I think. They were amazing! And very interactive with the crowd. We were rather hoping they’d have the same on the Voyager which we are travelling on to the Caribbean in March. Have to say I just love on your highly informative, very entertaining and fun, fun, fun videos. Ignore the haters Jamie, you are brilliant and always look good! You have a great format and of course, Mafoo!!

Being an ex Royal ship, thought it might have been more disabled friendly - IE, I saw some self opening doors to the exterior areas? Appeared to have stepped areas to bars etc, on a positive, ship is a massive upgrade on my only Thompson cruise, The Topaz, thanks for the walk through👍

Hey, whats the wifi situation like? Is it free wifi and if so how fast is it? Thanks, wondering if I should go on this or not...
Never used it as it’s pricey - it’s one of my least fav packages on any cruise line - it’s an allowance of megabytes rather than time / duration
Although passengers said it worked well
Would love to sell Marella to my Customers, however they don't support us independant agents.... :(
