And can you run the macro outside of excel ?
This is a great tutorial... Im looking to take this one step further, by having the folder name change based on a cell value. Is this possible?
At the code add commands to create folders:
Dim fn As String
fn = Sheets("sheet1").Range("F3").Value
MkDir "C:\Users\Asus\Documents\" & fn
Then at the 2.42 minute clip, change the code to "C:\Users\Asus\Documents\" & fn & "\" & Sheets("sheet1").Range("F3").Value

Try checking the file name. Is equal to the information in the G4 of "Housing checks" sheet.

The program will create a document according to the code in the clip. See 2.7 minutes. Follow the sample clip set at 2.55.
Therefore, you can access the files in the folder C:\User\Asus\Documents\PDF\Invoice.pdf
And can change the recording of the document by specifying the storage location as instructed in the clip at 2.55
