    The cobra roll wrapping around the station is a nice touch.

    I really need to get out to Spain and take on this beast 💯🇪🇦

      Well, you really need to take on the one intertwingled with this one, the white and green one, Shambhala. Dragon Khan has not been taken care properly since its launch in 1995 and is way too rough now... ;)

    • @dth2brny121
      @dth2brny121 5 місяців тому

      @danigarzon328 Shambhala, I'm well aware about already, of course I'll be all over that too. But damn, at least the one thing they can do is give Dragon Khan a fresh coat of paint...!

      @@dth2brny121 They need to re-track it and convert the trains to floorless... I know the floorless trains is too much to ask as they would need to even re-do the station to accomodate for the retractible platforms, plus the layout is designed based on the heartline level and floorless trains would change it, but still, I think that the current trains are awful

      @@dth2brny121 Rode it last summer, felt far from being rough, specially considering it's age. Some shakiness, but no headbangs or other unpleasantries. Intense? HELL YEAH, but rough... I think you should take critics from "family coaster target audiences" with a grain of salt.
      Another awesome coaster on that park, but way more divisive, is Furius Baco, featuring a super punchy launch and a relentless low to the ground layout.
      The whole park is World Class, sadly the operations are awful. Either plan a 2 days visit or be ready to invest on an "Express Pass", otherwise you'll hardly even get a single ride in each coaster. It suck, and it seem to be a nationwide problem there, because Parque Warner Madrid and Parque de Atracciones de Madrid also suffer from poor dispatches too.

      @@daninosaurus Floorless conversion could kill this ride. Not only those trains are slower than sitdowns, but they could take away the snappiness of the Zero-G Roll and the Corkscrews, the highlights of this ride.
      IDK, most reviews of this coaster are very positive, but when I turn to Spanish content creators and commenters (assuming you're one too by your nick), things seem to get extremely divisive about it for no good reason.

    Damn 8 inversions on a B&M! That other coaster beside it looked fun too, great pov.

      @@dth2brny121 yeah, I think it also has one extra inversion in it on top of the extra height and speed.

      @@CaliforniaCoastinYep...That extra vertical loop there that comes after the MCBR. Dragon Khan goes 65 mph (105 km/h), whereas Kumba does 60 (97 km/h)

      This vid really doesn't do it justice to show how rough it actually is. Went on it a few months back and never again, genuinely felt a bit motion sick once it ended, thought it was that bad. Shambalah on the other hand is perfection.
