Could you do a video in english. I had Lasik and my doctor prescribed restasis. I took it for a year. But after the year I started to have eye pain. My doctor prescribed me prednisolone for the eye pain. The prednisolone helps with the eye pain temporarily. But then at night I have the pain again. I discovered that if I put the restasis again it causes me to have eye pain. In the beginning, the restasis did not cause eye pain. My final point is that nothing is working. I use preservative free eye drops to moisturize my eyes. I use the drops many time a day but I still feel that my eyes are dry. I heard saffron is good for the eyes. Could you give me a tip or a suggestion?
How are your dry eyes now ? Basically to cure this permanently, youd have to take an ayurvedic therapy is what the guy is saying. So see if you can arrange that smh.
An update from me. My eyes are dry but not like before. I discovered the eye drops by refresh brand called, refresh liquigel. Now I don't have to moisturize my eyes so many times a day. Also I don't need restasis or prednisolone for eye pain. I hardly have eye pain now. I also stopped taking a certain medication, and I feel like that is the reason my eyes are not that dry. I hope everybody is doing better.
Vitamin A, D3 and Omega 3 fatty acids should be used in diet. Eating a keto diet may help in dry eyes disease. Using Desi ghee ( fats from animal origin), Makhan should be used in diet as these contain Omega 3 fatty acids. Olive oil should be used and canola oil, soyabean oil and palm oils must be avoided.
