I know this Cantata well. Loved your pacing. Driven, but still possible to follow the lines. This has been rarely matched in the choir versions. But when there is both a choir and a conductor that tries this it is magic. Mark
Lovely performance. Takes me back to music theory class where we had to break down this cantata! My parents sang this in various choirs. My Dad likes to tell of going to Byron Hoyt to pick up a couple of scores, asking someone for help finding it, and the guy yelling into a back room, “Hey Charlie, bring out two Christ Lags!” 😂
Bach is universal and eternal.
Bravissimo🙌👏🙌👏. It recalls me the sounds of a church organ...nearly same
atmosphere
