You have provided a better view of the interior of a velomobile than I've seen anywhere else, and I've seen a LOT of velomobile videos (and stills) while doing research for my homebuilt (which is finally finished after 2 years and 3 months). Attachments are done with windshield adhesive. Dow chemical w.a. on ebay/$10. Also get the primer that comes with it. Use on anything shop or home too. Theo told me years ago.
wow amazing video. can you please show how the steering works? I guess it is is hidden underneath? I want to buy the joystick steering collumn. that looks great!
Did you put it back together again? What if you had 2 long zippers a long the sides that is designed to hold the top piece down to the bottom parts, and then there could be some "teeth" (bolts with no nut) to prevent the top from moving back/forward and to the sides?
Its rely interesting to see interior like this, thanks Saukki . Can you make some noise testing with different roads, or maybe some other way. Perhaps comparison with trike, if its possible?
Instead of sealing it up again with silicone. Maybe get a then rubber lining to use as a Sealer. Then you can easily access inside but just unbolting. But I’m not sure if that would give enough stiffness to the velo as silicone might.
@@TheVelomobileChannel So are most of the bolts used in the construction made of steel or alloy or titanium? If they are steel, have you considered replacing critical ones with titanium and less critical ones with alloy?
Nathan Lutz yes, I do use a JBL Flip 3 bluetooth speaker inside my Quest. I just have to turn the volune up to almost max, because there is quite a bit of noise inside the velomobile. For gps I use Wahoo Elemnt Bolt bike computer.
Personally for several thousand Euro's, Pounds I would want far more comfort and specs. What happens if they get competition who give that at lower prices, they'll be blown out of the water; I'm not sure how much that cost to make accounting for labour and materials but I reckon a Chinese guy will be working it out right now, because if I were them, I would be.

Great vid. Mine crank base lil’ longer, i put 4 clamps on my crank base. Re-up w/theo.
The new design on the bottom bracket clamps is much better.

Does the velomobile itself comes with the racing hood?
Not this one. You have to buy it separately.
Will the Quest be one or two colored after top part is painted?
Same color than before. We are going to paint only the spot with the crack.
My clamp is broken too. Can you tell me how to get a new one?
