Looked at Trulia and the homes are not selling that much over list... Saw on that sold 50k over list, another 10k.. which is really not much... I'm in Los Angeles, homes here sell 200-300k over list... I saw a 900 sq feet home get listed for 900k and sold for like 1.2 mil... Johns Creek are selling a few thousand dollars over list, even 10k, 20k... is not much
